You own the content that you post; you also grant us certain rights and license to use it. The details of these licenses are described below.
You are responsible for the content that you post. This includes ensuring that you have the rights needed for you to post that content and that your content does not violate the legal rights of another party or any applicable laws. This also means your content abides by the Community and Content rule of Feeding Trends.
We do not endorse or verify content posted by users. You are solely responsible for your own use of the FeedingTrends platform. Posts from financial advisors, lawyers, doctors, and other professionals should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice for your specific situation.
You agree to follow the rules of our platform. When you use the FeedingTrends platform, you also agree to our Terms of Service, accept our Privacy Policy, and agree to follow our Community and Content Rule that also includes Copyright Policy and Trademark Policy.

Welcome to Feeding Trends! Feeding Trend is a platform to make life easy by gaining and sharing experiences. Empowering people to learn from each other, be better every day, and build a great future together
These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) set forth the agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Feeding Trends Pvt. Ltd. (“Feeding Trends” “we” or “us”). It governs your use of the products and services we offer through our websites and applications (collectively the “Feeding Trends Platform”).
By using the website or any other service provided by Feeding Trends, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree to any of the Terms, you shall not use the platform and services of Feeding Trends
We own the right to change/modify these Terms at any time. If you continue using Feeding Trends on or after that effective date, you agree to the new Terms. If you don’t agree to the latest terms of service, you should delete your account before they take effect, otherwise, all the content you posted along with your engagement activities and the use of our website/services will be subject to the new Terms. 1. Using the Feeding Trends Platform
Use of the FeedingTrends Platform by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live or, if you are not, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms of Service and affirm that they accept this Agreement on your behalf and bear responsibility for your use. If you are accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of someone else or an entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.
When you set up a profile on the FeedingTrends Platform, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide us with accurate information when you create your account on the FeedingTrends Platform. We will treat the information you provide as part of registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should take care in maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
By use of the FeedingTrends Platform, you agree to accept our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user. In your interaction on the platform and usage of the platform FeedingTrends, you agree to follow the community and content rule of Feeding Trends. at all times.
We are always trying to improve your experience on the FeedingTrends Platform. We may need to add or change features and may do so without notice to you.
You may close or delete your account at any time by mailing us at contact@Feedingtrends.com from your registered email address. We may terminate or suspend your FeedingTrends account if you violate any FeedingTrends policy or for any other reason.
Feedback. We welcome your feedback and suggestions about how to improve the FeedingTrends Platform. Feel free to mail your feedback at contact@Feedingtrends.com Or by clicking the “Send Feedback” option at the footer, by submitting feedback, you agree to grant us the right, at our discretion, to use, disclose, and otherwise exploit the feedback, in whole or part, freely and without compensation to you.
2. Your Content Rights and Responsibility
The FeedingTrends Platform enables you to add posts, texts, photos, links, and information about yourself to share with others. All material that you upload, publish, or display to others via the FeedingTrends Platform will be collectively known as “Your Content.” You acknowledge and agree that, as part of using the FeedingTrends Platform, Your Content may be viewed by the general public.
a. Ownership
You retain ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property in Your Content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted below.
b. License and Permission to Use Your Content.
By submitting, posting, or displaying Your Content on the FeedingTrends Platform, you grant FeedingTrends and it's affiliated companies a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publish, transmit, store, display and distribute, translate, communicate and make available to the public, and otherwise use Your Content in connection with the operation or use of the FeedingTrends Platform or the promotion, advertising or marketing of the FeedingTrends Platform or our business partners, in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed), including via means of automated distribution, such as through an application programming interface (also known as an “API”). You agree that this license includes the right for FeedingTrends to make Your Content available to other companies, organizations, business partners, or individuals who collaborate with FeedingTrends for the syndication, broadcast, communication, and making available to the public, distribution, or publication of Your Content on the FeedingTrends Platform or through other media or distribution methods.
You acknowledge and agree that FeedingTrends may preserve Your Content and may also disclose Your Content and related information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any of Your Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FeedingTrends, its users, or the public.
You understand that we may modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks, devices, service providers, and in various media. We also may remove or refuse to publish Your Content, in whole or part, at any time.
You further give us the permission and authority to act as your nonexclusive agent to take enforcement action against any unauthorized use by third parties of any of Your Content outside of the FeedingTrends Platform or in violation of our Terms of Service.
A user is responsible for the content he/she posts. A user might be posting content on behalf of an organization. In that case, that particular organization is responsible for the content. This means a particular user’s/organization assumes all risks related to it as applicable to this agreement for the user. Including its accuracy, copyright infringement (if any), or any other legal rights.
You can repost any content of yours which has been already posted on any other platform, provided you hold the right to do so. By choosing to post on the Feeding Trends platform, you realize and understand the fact that you are not violating any agreement you would have made with any third party.
If the Feeding Trends Editorial team believes that it needs to modify the topics selected by you for a specific post to yield better results by modification, it can choose to modify the topics selected by you.
c. Your Responsibilities for Your Content.
By posting Your Content on the FeedingTrends Platform, you represent and warrant to us that: i) you have the ownership rights, or you have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions to use Your Content and grant us the rights to use Your Content as provided for under this Agreement, and ii) that posting Your Content violates no intellectual property or personal right of others or any applicable law or regulation, including any laws or regulations requiring disclosure that you have been compensated for Your Content. You accept full responsibility for avoiding infringement of the intellectual property or personal rights of others or violation of laws and regulations in connection with Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate FeedingTrends’s community and content rule, Privacy Policy, or any applicable law or regulation. You agree to pay all royalties, fees owed to any person by reason of Your Content.
d. Termination For Your Content:
We reserve the right to remove any content from Feeding Trends’s platform for any reason without intimidating.
You reserve the right to delete the content posted by you, or your account, anytime. You have to mail us at contact@feedingtrends.com.It might take us some time to process the deletion request, but we would initiate it as soon as we receive the request.
3. Our Content and Materials
All intellectual property in or related to the FeedingTrends Platform
All data FeedingTrends collects (“Data”) about the use of the FeedingTrends Platform by you or others is the property of FeedingTrends. For clarity, Data does not include Your Content and is separate from Our Content and Materials.
You acknowledge and agree that Our Content and Materials remain the property of FeedingTrends's users or FeedingTrends.The content, information, and services made available on the FeedingTrends Platform are protected by Indian Law and international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable.
Our License to You.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use and access Our Content and Materials and Data as made available to you on the FeedingTrends Platform in connection with your use of the FeedingTrends Platform, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
We may terminate our license to you at any time for any reason. We have the right but not the obligation to refuse to distribute any content on the FeedingTrends Platform or to remove content. Except for the rights and licenses granted in these Terms of Service, we reserve all other rights and grant no other rights or licenses, implied or otherwise.
Permitted uses.
If you operate a search engine, web crawler, bot, scraping tool, data mining tool, bulk downloading tool, wiget utility, or similar data gathering or extraction tool, you may access the FeedingTrends Platform, subject to the following additional rules:
you must use a descriptive user agent header
you must follow robots.txt at all times
your access must not adversely affect any aspect of the FeedingTrends Platform’s functioning; and
you must make it clear how to contact you, either in your user agent string or on your website if you have one.
You represent and warrant that you will not use any automated tools such as artificial intelligence or machine learning
to create derivative works of Our Content and Materials
to create any service competitive to the FeedingTrends Platform
for other commercial purposes except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Service or the written consent of FeedingTrends. All the components of design and content on our platform are reserved by Feeding Trends. No individual/third-party/organization should make an attempt to copy parts/complete version of the content/graphics/design or any other code from the Feeding Trends’s platform without written permission from Feeding Trends unless permitted by law.
An attempt to carry out the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Accessing or tampering with the Feeding Trends’s Services which are non-public. No attempt should be made to access or tamper Feeding Trends’s computer systems, or the systems of our technical providers accessing or searching the Services other than the ones that are currently available and the ones that we currently provide
attempting/forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any communication carried out by Feeding Trends (email or posting).
Using the Services provided by Feeding Trends to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information interfering/disrupting the access of any user, host, or network, and/or sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services.
Scraping any services provided by Feeding Trends is strictly prohibited. Feeding Trends may change/modify/restrict to any of its services without any intimidation.
No Endorsement or Verification.
Please note that the FeedingTrends Platform contains access to third-party content, products, and services, and it offers interactions with third parties. Participation or availability on the FeedingTrends Platform does not amount to endorsement or verification by us. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on the FeedingTrends Platform by anyone.
4. About Other Offerings on the FeedingTrends Platform
Digests.
When you sign up for the FeedingTrends Platform, you signup for digests of content that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of digests by unsubscribing mail or mailing us at community and content rule
Advertisements.
The FeedingTrends Platform may include advertisements, which may be targeted to content or information on the FeedingTrends Platform, queries made through the FeedingTrends Platform, or other information, in an effort to make them relevant to you. The types and extent of advertising by FeedingTrends are subject to change. In consideration for FeedingTrends granting you access to and use of the FeedingTrends Platform, you agree that FeedingTrends and its third-party providers and partners may place such advertising on the FeedingTrends Platform.
Professional Contributors.
Some users who post content are members of the financial, legal, medical, and other licensed professions (collectively, “Professional Contributors”). Content posted by Professional Contributors should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a professional that is appropriate for your specific situation. Ethics rules differ by state or location, and it is the responsibility of Professional Contributors to determine and provide disclaimers appropriate for their profession and the content provided.
Web resources and third-party services.
The FeedingTrends Platform may also offer you the opportunity to visit links to other websites or to engage with third-party products or services. You assume all risks arising out of your use of such websites or resources.
5. Reporting Violations.
For reporting violations of your intellectual property rights or other violations of FeedingTrends policies or applicable laws please mail us at contact@feedingtrends.com. Please read Privacy Policy, community and content rule, which also contains copyright policy and trademark policy. We have no obligation to delete content that you personally may find objectionable or offensive. We endeavor to respond promptly to requests for content removal, consistent with our policies and applicable law.

7. Other Rules & Policies
By using the website, platform, and services of Feeding Trends, you agree to let Feeding Trends collect and use your information as being already briefed in the Privacy Policy. Feeding Trends reserves the right to transfer, store, and process your information (including your personal information and content) in and out of India. By using Feeding Trends, you agree to follow these, If you don’t, Feeding Trends might choose to remove the content you have posted, or can suspend/ delete your account.
Feeding Trends is not responsible/liable for any damage that arises from the use of Feeding Trends’s website/platform/services. This includes legal claims of all types & all kinds of damages (including but not limited to incidental, inconsequential, special damages).
Feeding Trends’s services come with no warranty (other than the ones we explicitly mention). If something is not explicitly mentioned, that means that it’s not covered under these terms.
You are using Feeding Trends’s services/platform/website solely at your own risk/discretion.
If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any provision of these Terms invalid, the other provisions of these Terms still remain intact and in full effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Feeding Trends is an India Born Company. These Terms are governed by UP(Uttar Pradesh) law, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any suit arising from the Services must take place in a court located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
