Feeding Trends is a place that empowers people to share experience and knowledge which makes people’s life easy and better.

We believe everyone has something to contribute, to build a better future. Hence everyone should be open about their experiences and stories. Everyone should feel safe, connected, and open up while using Feeding Trends. The following rules help make this possible.

We expect you to abide by these rules to build a great community on Feeding Trends. Violation Of Terms of Use might become the reason for the removal of the content, it might also lead to termination or deletion of the user’s profile and access to Feeding Trends. We also may change these rules at any time.

Community Guideline: Be Nice and Respectful -

We do not allow/encourage/appreciate content that

Threatens someone directly or indirectly

Violent against anyone, either directly or indirectly.

Hate Speech: Any kind of content which could be considered as Hate Speech will not be accepted on the platform. We don't tolerate content that attacks or disparages an individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, political group, sexual orientation, or another similar characteristic. Any generalizations about these topics should be phrased as neutrally as possible.

Engage in Constructive Manner:

Engage in a constructive manner with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and opinions. It is OK to disagree, but please be civil, respectful, and considerate to other posters.

Privacy: Respect Rights of Others -

Identity and Deceptive Conduct :

Deceptive conduct is not allowed on Feeding Trends. We request you to provide your accurate details while creating your id, Do not use Feeding Trends to impersonate another person or organization without authorization.

Parody and satire are fine, but make this clear while creating the content.

If you have received free goods, services, or anything of value in connection with the topic of a post, make this clear while creating the content

Intellectual Property and Personal Rights :

Do not post content that infringes any intellectual property or personal right of another party. Writing taken from another source should be properly attributed and blockquote.

Posting content that has communication, work, rights, private information of individuals without the permission from all the individuals involved in it, is not allowed

Posting content and/or aggregation of content that involves any personal or private information, with the intention to target, shame, threaten, harass, blackmail, bully or intimidate or encourage such behavior is not allowed on the platform.

Posting content that contains intimate/explicit images without the consent of the subject is not allowed

Posting content that has private information of individual and violate others privacy including ( but not limited to) confidential information such as credit card numbers, personal numbers, personal addresses, personal email addresses is not allowed

Content Guideline: Create engaging and informative content-

Restricted Categories :

We don't allow content or user that engage in following restricted Categories of activities on the platform in any manner

Promoting controversial subjects or harmful conspiracies

Facilitation of gambling or betting

Facilitation sexual services

Facilitation copyright or other intellectual property violation

Misinformation, or other content that is contrary to public health or safety

Facilitation of Adult Nudity/Sexual Activity or Pornographic content in graphic or text form

Violation of terms of service of Feeding Trends or third party

Facilitation of illegal hacking (ie compromising personal data )

Since these are very sensitive topics and very subjective to decide if they are actually informational or harmful and should be allowed or not. Hence user's discretion is advised at all times. Our team keeps trying its best to filter out what should reach readers and should exist on the platform.

Copied or Duplicate Content :

We believe in authentic knowledge sharing, although we take necessary precautions to make this possible for the readers of FeedingTrends.

We expect the content creator to follow the same to promote authentic knowledge sharing, hence we don’t allow posting “copied content” on Feeding Trends, whether from a single account or across multiple accounts. However, you are allowed to cross-post content from your belong to Feeding Trends, provided you own the rights for the content.

Advertising and Promotion: In good faith, to not spam the knowledge sharing platform

You can promote your own business by providing knowledgeable content. However, Third-party advertising and promotion are not allowed in image or article format.

The image which is posted as third-party ads is not allowed.

Embeds or links function as taking users outside FeedinTrends with the purpose to promote is not allowed.

You must disclose somewhere in the post that includes affiliate links or any other link out where you will receive commission or other values. However, you can’t post the content if you don’t disclose it in the post.

Multi-level or affiliate marketing content is not allowed.

Minor Exploitation

We are very serious about how we shape the future, and minors are future builders hence we are very serious about what kind of content minors consume and what kind of world we are building for them. Content involving sexual or violent exploitation of minors, either directly or in a fictional manner is not allowed at all.

Promoting self-harm

We believe everyone wants to contribute something to this world. We are doing everything in our power to make people easily share their experiences on the platform, sometimes people just want to let it out ( and hey! that's okay, we are listening) in fact letting it out will help someone else who feels the same way. We believe listening and sharing are something we can do for everyone in this showoff world.

Still, content or activities that encourage, promote, or glorify acts of self-harm in any form/manner is strictly not allowed on the platform. As a moral responsibility of each one of us on the platform to please report such content or user so we can try to take appropriate actions and help.

Content Distribution :

Although we share all knowledgeable content through our services but to make content distribution across social media and the internet through Feeding Trends services, we expect users to follow certain content guidelines :

Complete your user profile, for the readers to know who you are

Choose the right and relevant category and topics while publishing a post so that your content gets distributed to the right audience

Do not use content or images which could raise the issue of copyright infringement. Feeding Trends takes no responsibility and you are solely responsible for the consequences that arise from using copyrighted image/content

Try making your content as much engaging and informative as you can. We strongly recommend you to go proof-read your content before publishing it

Use a proper structure in your posts to enhance the experience of the users. For example, usage of sub-headings ( heading 1, heading 2), choosing to bold or/and italicize the sentences at relevant places (in articles), and including bullets or/and points will make your content engaging.

The use of good images (non-copyright) will also increase content engagement.

The primary motive should be to enhance the learning experience of the people consuming the content

Feeding Trends reserves the right to distribute, use and share all the content published on its platform across all social media platforms, newsletters, digest, and for all the other branding/promotional purposes.

Platform Guidelines

You may not do, try to do, or cause a third party to do the following:

Access or tamper with non-public areas of Services, our computer systems or the systems of our technical providers

Forge any TCP/IP packet headers or any part of the header information in any way to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information.

Scrapping of the platform, accessing searching the service by any means other than currently available interfaces that we provide for public use.

No Spam or Site Misuse: Do not use Feeding Trends Platform to post or attract spam.

We do not allow spam or site misuse of the Feeding Trends Platform. Any such activities will be immediately removed from the Feeding Trends Platform without information.

Scraping and reposting content from other sources.

Posting copied or duplicated content.

No informative articles with links, and the purpose is to take users to a different website.

Performing a large number of interactions manually or with automated means, that could be considered spam.

Using responded or other interactions as a method of promotion or marketing.

No Malicious or Illegal Activity

Do not contribute viruses, malware, and other malicious programs or engage in activity that harms or interferes with the operation of Feeding Trends or seeks to circumvent security or authentication measures.

Do not interfere with, or disrupt, the access of any user or network, including, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the services, scraping, or by creating an undue burden on the services by any means.

Do not use Feeding Trends to engage in an unlawful activity or to promote illegal acts.

Respects the copyright and trademarks of others. As per our Terms of Service, we require users to have permission to post the content they publish on Feeding Trends. We also don’t allow copied content or duplicate content unless you own the right to that content. We respond to notices of alleged infringement as described in our Terms of Service, Copyright, and DCMA Policy and Trademark Policy. Use found in violation of copyright rules will not be eligible for appeal or restoration of their content.

Government Takedown Request:

If Feeding Trends receives a request from the government to restrict any content or user account. We will notify the user unless the law prohibits us or believe doing so may be harmful to others.

Law as per location:

Where applicable, we will work to limit legally ordered content restriction to jurisdictions, where we have good faith of belief that we are legally required to restrict the content.

Report Problems:

Let's make this community strong, if you come across any post/user account that you believe violates the guidelines, policies, terms or rules, please write us at contact@feedingtrends.com giving user details and post URL.

If you break the rule:

Feeding Trends have the right to delete/ suspend users' accounts or posts without any prior knowledge or reason, particularly to protect our infrastructure, services, users, and community. We may or may not choose to notify you about the deletion or suspension of the account to post.

Any deleted/suspended user/post will not be permitted to create a new account or same post without written permission from Feeding Trends. If any user believes that their post/account has been restricted or disabled in error, or believe there is the relevant context we were not aware of in reaching our determination, write to us at contact@feedingtrends.com
