Espresso is a thick coffee with creamy foam on top made by forcing high-pressure steam through grounded coffee beans. It can be served as a solo shot or can be used as the base for different coffee drinks like lattes or Americano.

3. Latte

The most popular coffee drink comprises espresso with steamed milk and frosted with foam on top. It is also available in different flavours like vanilla or pumpkin spice.

4. Cappuccino 

Latte with more foam and steamed milk gives cappuccino. It is supplemented along with cocoa powder or cinnamon on top. Different variations are also available which employs flavour shots or extra cream.

5. Americano

Americano has a similar taste as black coffee. It consists of an espresso shot with diluted hot water.

6. Doppio

Doppio, meaning "double", is a double espresso shot. Nowadays, it is considered the standard shot of espresso.

7. Macchiato

Macchiato is yet another espresso-based drink with a small amount of foam on top. It is one of the very famous types of coffee.

Cortado is a perfect balance between espresso and warm steamed milk. The milk used for this coffee drink is steamed instead of frothy.

9. Red Eye

This coffee drink is a full cup of hot brewed coffee, either iced or hot, with an espresso shot.

10. Mocha

Mocha is a chocolate espresso drink with steamed milk and foam. It is also known as mocaccino.

11. Ristretto

Ristretto is another espresso shot but it requires less or half amount of water. It is a concentrated shot of espresso with a sweeter flavour.

12. Irish Coffee

Irish coffee consists of black coffee, whiskey and sugar, topped with whipped cream. You would love the taste that changes from top to bottom.

13. Turkish Coffee

Turkish Coffee is prepared using very finely ground coffee beans but without filtering. It is prepared by simply pouring hot water onto crushed beans with water and sugar.

14. Black Eye

This coffee drink is a cup of normal drip coffee, either iced or hot, with a double shot of espresso.

15. Long Black

Long black is a type of coffee that has a stronger taste than Americano. You make it by pouring two shots of ristretto or espresso over a smaller amount of water, thus enhancing the taste.

16. Breve

Breve is a type of coffee made with espresso and steamed half-and-half instead of milk. The drink is finished off with a layer of frothed milk foam on top.

17. Flat White

This drink is basically a cappuccino without the foam or chocolate sprinkle. It’s an espresso drink with steamed milk.

18. Affogato

Affogato is served with a scoop of ice cream and a shot of espresso. It can also be served with a brownie to make it more enjoyable.

19. Cafe au Lait

Café au Lait is perfect for the coffee for one who wants a bit more flavour. It adds a splash of warm milk to your coffee and the coffee is all set.

20. Mazagran

A cross between iced coffee, tea and rum drink. It typically consists of espresso, lemon, sugar and sometimes rum.

21. Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is a simple coffee drink with ice in it. It is usually served with a dash of milk, cream or any type of sweetener. You’d love this one more than the other types of coffee.

22. Cold Brew

The trendiest of the iced coffee bunch, are made by steeping coffee beans for around 6-36 hours, depending on how strong you would like your cold brew. Once the beans are done steeping, add cold milk or cream.

23. Nitro

This drink is prepared by cold brew and nitrogen bubbles which gives a cold brew coffee with a frothy and Guinness like consistency.

24. Frappuccino

Blended iced coffee topped with whipped cream and syrup. The drink is quite famous in Starbucks.

25. Galão

It is originally from Portugal. It is almost similar to latte and cappuccino, but has more foamed milk in it, making it a lighter drink than others.

26. Lungo

Lungo is less strong yet more bitter coffee drink. It is a long-pull espresso. Longer the pull, more caffeine hence provides bitter taste.
