  • Heat the pan and some oil, add cumin and curry leaves when the oil is hot enough.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and chilies.
  • When the onion becomes translucent in color, add the tomato puree and sauté the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add some spices to enhance the taste, add the boiled eggs, and sauté the mixture for 2 minutes.
  • Put ¾ glass of water in the gravy and let it cook for some time.
  • After 6-7 minutes, the gravy thickens, and the dish is ready.

12) Creamed eggs on toast savory (United States)

This egg dish is very mouth-watering and stomach filling. To make this toast take some boiled eggs and separate the yolk and egg white in a bowl. Take the yolk and mash it using a fork. Now the boiled egg is white, chop it into small pieces. 

Melt the butter in the pan and stir the yolk mixture until smooth. Add the egg whites to mix and serve it over a crispy toast.

13) Egg bhurji savory (India) 

It is a form of scrambled eggs that originated in India. To make this, take 2-3 eggs in a bowl and beat it. Heat the oil in a pan and add some cumin to it. Add some finely chopped onion and green chili sauté it till it turns golden in color. 

Add finely chopped tomatoes and sauté it until the raw smell goes away. Add salt, chili powder, garam masala, and other taste enhancers, and pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan. Scramble the eggs using a spatula. 

Stir it and fry until cooked, and serve it hot by garnishing some black pepper and coriander.

14) Egg chaat 

It is a desi mix of boiled eggs with vegetables, ketchup, lime, and tamarind. Take a bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind juice, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, green chili, and salt. 15) Classic Devilled Eggs

It is a classic recipe to start the morning in a great way. It is the best combination of hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Take boiled eggs and cut them in half. Separate the egg yolk and egg whites in the bowl. Mash the yolk using a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture to the empty hole of each egg.   • Add basil, salt, red chili, garam masala, rice flour or cornflour, and turmeric and mix all these well.
  • Make a thick paste of onion, garlic, and green chili in a grinder and add the pasta to the mixture.
  • Pour some water and make a batter with medium consistency.
  • Take the boiled eggs and cover them using the batter and gently deep fry them in the oil.
  • After a few minutes of cooking, drain the eggs out and serve them with coriander chutney or ketchup.

19) Egg crescent

It is an easy-open sandwich with an egg filling on top of it. It is a very simple and quick snack dish. To make this one, spread some mayonnaise over the bread slice and place lettuce over it.

30) Tandoori Egg

Take a pan filled with oil on medium heat and fry the eggs until golden brown. Take the excess oil out and add onions and chilies in the remaining oil. Add red chili powder and sauté them for some time. A little amount of soy sauce with some salt adds little water.

33) Egg potato pakora

A quick and easy recipe to start the day. Take some gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chili powder and make the batter. Cut the boiled eggs into half and take the yolk out and mash it with potatoes. 

Add salt, chili powder, green chili, chaat masala to the mixture. Scoop back the mixture and dip the eggs in the batter, and fry. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

34) Palak Egg Curry

It is a very healthy dish to have with the goodness of both eggs and green leafy vegetables. Firstly boil the eggs and spinach. Blend the spinach with green chilies, garlic, and ginger. In a hot pan, add cumin seeds, then add the spinach puree.
