The best thing about LinkedIn is writing a useful article. Article writing helps not only writing and reading skills, but it also brings more engagement. As a business consult, LinkedIn has to be used professionally.
Linkedin is the best place for young professional to show off their skills, knowledge and attitude. Most jobs are created in LinkedIn are more engaging then jobs posted on websites.

Sometimes they can do much well in other social media since the policy and community rules are more casual comparing to LinkedIn, however, it’s much better for them to stat on LinkedIn and build a professional network. Once the place is stable they can move to other platforms.
To engage them we usually make a group and provide a good description of the business consulting company and ask them that if they interest to work and build a good career as a business consultant.
Once we connect them, we have to allow them to share their ideas without any interruptions on the situation.
The reason is young once are more fragile when it comes to decisions, situations and problems. They require a little guidance but not 100% support.
To engage attract and sustain them is a big job. If we did that its asset for the company.
To continue on their consulting business they need more work, experience and engagement in a various situation that they can make the right decisions. If the organization block the tunnels for them to improve they will lose the engagement to the company. Retaining a lost young business consultant is a big loss then hiring a new person.

- The reviews are visible to anyone and comments are open. That’s a good sign of company showing they are confident to receive positive and negative feedback.
- On negative feedback the response you provide is excellent. Usually, first, we thank the client for making the complaint and MBO showed the need for improvement and finally told the client will get back to him personally.
