Often we think that toxicity in relationships refer to physical abuse, verbal abuse etc.but the truth is that emotional unavailability, extreme selfishness, never valuing your efforts ,stereotypical mindset, being indecisive when it always comes to you also refers to intense toxicity which might drain you.
