Traveling can be both physically and mentally exhausting. It can also affect our set daily routines. We are challenged to learn on our toes and find our way in the middle of chaos when we travel. Travel might have a more significant impact on frequent travelers. These can have serious physiological, physical, emotional, and social consequences. Some of the most common negative effects are insomnia, loneliness, anxiety, tiredness, weight gain, and many others.

What to do:

Stand up straight and stretch your spine. Lower your left leg by bending your right knee forward. Untuck your left foot's toes and place your left knee on the floor. Place your hands together and raise them to the heavens, leaning back slightly to deepen the stretch. Hold the yoga pose while breathing.
