This Simple Trick Will Make You Motivated Everyday

Do you ever wake up in the morning and feel like doing nothing? Do you ever wish that you could be as motivated and self-disciplined as all those people on social media?

Simple trick to keep motivated forever

Locus of control that changed my perspective on doing the small things

-Let’s dive into it

When we have trouble with staying motivated, it is not because we are lazy. It is because you want to take on the dragon before you even took on a lizard.

How do we adopt an internal locus of control so that we can start feeling motivated all of the time?

Well, they found that the best way to do so is by simply solving problems in your own life and then taking some time and appreciating the fact that it was your actions that solve this problem.

I’ll give you an example just to make things clear.

Let’s say you’re someone who struggles with falling asleep so you go do some research and you find out if you get some more sunlight in the morning, if you only use your bed for sleeping, and when you use blue light blocker. You do all those things and you find yourself falling asleep 15 minutes faster. And then tell yourself it was your actions that provided those results. You need to remind yourself that your actions changed the outcomes.

And that’s the truth of staying motivated forever. Doing the small things, and telling yourself that it was because of the effort and changes you put in. Build up that trust that it was your actions that changed it and then you can do the larger things like that as well.

If you do that, you will stay motivated forever.

So what did we learn?

Conclusion

Do the small things, and say to yourself that it was because of your efforts and changes, that you can now sleep better, that your room is now cleaner, that you got more comments…

And when you are good at it and trust yourself, you need to start doing it with the bigger things as well…

Will you start doing the small things and saying it is because of your efforts that the outcome changed?
