Things Most Teenagers Worry About

Teenage is a fundamental stage of life that all human passes through. Age when we are neither a child not an adult yet. Everyone around seems to be our enemy , we make our own group and rely on them ignoring right guidance of parents with seems to be a bitter gourd. We follow so called toxic influences and live a reel life. We stop sharing worries and difficulties with elders thinking we are big enough to handle everything coming our way. And as we are now moving towards adulthood (responsibilities of future) rises plenty of questions in our head. Which subject to study? which career to pursue? which job to choose?.

We can say at the age of 13 to 17 we have to handle a little too much. Examinations, peer pressure, self image, parents expectations our expectations , -ve competitions in groups. And on top of all hormonal changes in our body during puberty worsen the scenario. We experience different feelings like love , flings , freedom to do everything, anger , loneliness so on and so forth. The prospect of these mental and physical changes can be terrifying for some. If all this not handled fruitfully person can land into alcohol abuse, drugs, pornography, smoking, to relieve stress levels. Which in long run can cause prolong damage. As a result some fall in dark pits of anxiety and depression, have low self-esteem, bad health conditions and unfortunately can have suicidal thoughts.

Now the good news is adolescence can be a cake walk fun and joyful if we get the basic right following are the few ways one can consider :

  • Share your issues with an adult, elder sibling parents anyone you trust the most.

  • Stay away from fake people.

  • Learn from other person's experience. (For this you can read autobiographies or biographies )

  • Build healthy habits.

  • Involve yourself in some kind of sports or activity or music or content writing anything that you like the most.

  • Eat sleep shower on time. Never skip it even in your downs .

  • Try consuming good content on social media because anything going in your subconscious will reflect in your life.

  • Subscribe and follow only people who take you closer to your aim.

  • Learn the path of spirituality.

  • Journal you feeling on a pen-paper mode

Basically self awareness and living in the presence can is some of your worries. Remember it's just a face and it happens with everyone it is just how you handle it and take it. The changes we experience the feeling we have happened to everyone.

Tomorrow you may remember this time and laugh or cry but it's okay you will have story to tell your children and grand children Currently you are highly energized and active transparent towards right path and enjoy.
