Feeding Trends enables people to explore happening events in the city and gets the event of the organizer/event company live Feeding Trends website.

Feeding Trends website provides self-managed event ticketing solutions to event organizers/event companies. Event organizers setup their event; fill up the details about their event such as event pricing, location, ticket inventory, attendee registration information collection and other such features via Feeding Trends website.

The terms 'service' or 'services' would mean to include the interactive online solutions & information services offered by Feeding Trends on the internet/mobile through which the user may access information carried by Feeding Trends in the database maintained by it.

The terms ‘consumer’ or ‘consumers’ refers to the case when you use Feeding Trends website to browse or to gain information or to purchase tickets and the terms ‘organiser’ or ‘organisers’ refers to the case when you use Feeding Trends website to create your event online, sell tickets, promote event and communicate with public.

Acceptance of Terms
This page contains the terms and conditions, which will govern the usage of our services and constitute the ‘agreement’ between the organiser and Feeding Trends, & between the consumer and Feeding Trends.

By using Feeding Trends website on your desktop or mobile, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether your access or use is intended. In case you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you are requested to leave the Feeding Trends website immediately.

Authorisation of Use
Feeding Trends allow only authorised users (any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of Feeding Trends, and to whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password) the right to access the services offered by Feeding Trends.

Feeding Trends will not be responsible for any costs, consequences or damages caused to any persons or entities due to any unauthorized use of the services offered by Feeding Trends, including access of the said services by an unauthorized user using the user name and password of an authorized user, regardless of whether such unauthorized user is known to the authorized user.

Feeding Trends services are available to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering to use Feeding Trends services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
In case a consumer is below 18 years of age,
Feeding Trends has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your use of Feeding Trends services and refuse any and all current or future use of all or any portion of Feeding Trends services.

1. Terms of Service for Organisers
Feeding Trends provides web-based software on the Feeding Trends website to create events and to sell tickets of the organizer (for these events) to consumers. Only the consumer and the organizer of an event are entering into an ‘agreement’ regarding the event.
Feeding Trend only acts as a ticketing agent/partner/platform/website for the organizer/event company of an event by order and for account of this organizer. Therefore, the organizer authorises Feeding Trends, for the duration of this agreement to act as a ticketing agent/partner/platform by order, and also authorises for account of the organizer, to sell tickets to the public for events, offered by the organizer on the Feeding Trends Website, to undertake the payment process with the ticket buyers and/or their banks and to send the tickets to the ticket buyers electronically.
Given below are detailed Terms of Service for organisers, with ‘you’, ‘your’, & ’their’ referring to the organiser.

1.1. Electronic Shipping
The event organiser must note that the tickets booked via Feeding Trends website shall be sent electronically to the ticket buyer (consumer) in all cases. For the paper version ticket sale, the organiser must look for other methods and not rely on Feeding Trends or its online ticket booking services.

1.2. Approval of Events
Feeding Trends requests organisers/event companies to submit details of their own events and not indulge in writing for others. Organisers are authorised to create their own events only on Feeding Trends website.
Feeding Trends requires that the organiser fills in all the requisite data about his/her event before submitting it for approval. The organiser must include good quality photographs so that the event looks genuine and interesting.
The organiser is requested not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Information transmitted through the Feeding Trends website and/or Feeding Trends ticketing Service.
In case the required information is incomplete, insufficient, inappropriate or infringing any terms of use, Feeding Trends reserves the right to unpublish, delete and remove the event from the Feeding Trends website.

1.3. Suggestion of Edits
Feeding Trends uses English as the primary language to communicate to its national and international consumers. The organiser must fill in their event information in English language only, avoiding the use of Hindi or other regional languages.
In case, Feeding Trends find anything inappropriate or un-explanatory, Feeding Trends reserve the right to proofread and suggest edits in the event information provided to the organiser via e-mail. After being notified of such suggestions, the organiser is required to change/edit/remove/rewrite/rephrase the inappropriate or un-explanatory information.
The organiser confirms & agrees to allow Feeding Trends to proofread their event information and suggest required edits. The organiser also understands that the event would be approved only after all information is correct, self-explanatory and appropriate.

1.4. Prohibited Content
Feeding Trends welcomes varieties of events on its website that may range from felicitation to convention, conference, fashion, trade show, party, workshop, scientific display, and others. There is no limit on the category of events that you can create.
But, anything related to abuse, violence, immorality, nuisance, adultery and nudity is absolutely debarred here. Anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.
The organizer shall not use the Feeding Trends services for illegal or immoral events such as political or religious extremism, pornographic, or violent events. Any such violations will lead to strict actions.

1.5. Service Charges
Feeding Trends charges additional fees on the base price of the tickets, referred to as fees payable to Feeding Trends afterwards. The addition fee is to be paid on per ticket sale/registration basis.
The organizer has to determine the base price for his/her event’s tickets (the price that belongs to him/her, unless otherwise stated in this T&C) and choose whether the additional fees payable to Feeding Trends (fees for payment gateway, taxes, accounting, shipment, etc.) are charged on top of this base price or not.
Feeding Trends is authorised by the organiser to hold the money on a separate bank account and to act as a ticketing agent/partner/platform/website for the organizer/event company of an event by order and for account of this organizer.

1.6. Payment Guidelines
Feeding Trends transfers the money received against the sale of tickets for a particular event listed by the organiser, after deducting the fees payable to Feeding Trends (fees for payment gateway, taxes, accounting, shipment, etc.) to the organizer.
The organiser must note that Feeding Trends transfers the money to a bank account located in the country where the event took place and issued on the name of the organizer only. In case the account holder name doesn’t matches with that of the organiser, the payment shall be put to hold until the issue is resolved.
The payment (money transfer) takes place through internet banking and additional charges on transfers above ten thousand rupees shall be deducted from the total transferred amount. The payment will be processed from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
The payment is processed on request by the organiser to Feeding Trends when either 100% tickets of the event have been booked on Feeding Trends website, or more than 50% tickets of the event have been booked on Feeding Trends website & less than 48 hours are remaining for the start of the event, or after the successful event.
The organizer must be aware of the risk that specific payment methods (such as direct debiting or credit card) can be reversed by the ticket buyers. The organizer bears this risk alone. If transactions are reversed after the payment to the organizer, these costs plus a fee for the reversed transaction as deducted from Feeding Trends account are charged to the organizer.
Feeding Trends reserves the right to change the number of days took by Feeding Trends to transfer money to the event organizer at any time without notice.
The event organiser must raise objections, if any, against the accounts of Feeding Trends within four weeks after issue of the account. If not received, the account is considered as being approved by the organiser.

1.7. Cancellation of Events
The organizer must inform Feeding Trends immediately in writing, once the circumstances leading to the cancellation of an event have come to his/her attention. If the organiser desires to cancel Feeding Trends services, by cancelling their event they should write an e-mail to Feeding Trends on [email protected]
The cancellation of event shall be initiated anytime within 30 days before expiry of the service that is the date of event. There is no cancellation fee. Please note that once your account is cancelled, your content may not be recovered.
Feeding Trends is entitled to the fees payable to Feeding Trends (fees for payment gateway, taxes, accounting, shipment, etc.) in case the tickets for an event have been sold via the Feeding Trends Website and the event is cancelled for any reason by the organiser and the cancellation is not directly attributable to Feeding Trends.
The base price in that case, shall be refunded to the consumers who booked tickets for the now cancelled event. In such a case, all the loss has to be borne by the organiser alone. There will be no refund and you will not be charged or billed thereafter.

1.8. Suspicion of Misuse
Feeding Trends reserves the right to deactivate the event/account of the organizer, stop the ticket selling, and delay the pay out to the organizer for further 60 days in case the organizer arouses suspicion of misuse of the Feeding Trends website and/or the Feeding Trends services.
Such a situation may arise if before the event, it comes to attention that the event shall not take place; or illegal or immoral event shall take place; or event shall not be conducted in the way as stated in the event details, or similar cases.
The base price of the ticket in such cases shall be refunded to the consumers and fees payable to Feeding Trends shall be retained by Feeding Trends. The organiser shall not be entitled to any money in such cases.

1.9. Warrant against Conflicts
The organizer warrants Feeding Trends, that

(i) There is no agreement between the organizer and a venue, or the owner or user of a venue, or a third party, which affects the organizer’s use of the Feeding Trends services in accordance with these terms

(ii) The organizer is allowed to enter into this agreement with Feeding Trends, including the right to authorize Feeding Trends in accordance to these terms to act as a ticketing agent/platform/website/service and to sell tickets for events of the organizer

1.10. Technical Issues
Feeding Trends requests the organiser to responsibly and immediately inform Feeding Trends about the unavailability or malfunctions of the Feeding Trends website. Feeding Trends bears the responsibility to resolve the technical issue as soon as possible and regrets the inconvenience thus caused.

1.11. Account Usage
The organizer has the obligation to inform Feeding Trends immediately about every change of his name/company name, address, contact information, and/or bank details in written form or via E-Mail, to reflect them in his/her Feeding Trends account.
The organizer is requested not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Feeding Trends representative, forum leader, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent its affiliation with a person or entity, or an established organiser.

1.12. Indemnity
The organiser agrees to indemnity and hold Feeding Trends, and each of its directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any user content, any third party applications, content or software you post or share on or through the Feeding Trends website, your use of this website, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party.
The organiser consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Lucknow in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Feeding Trends site and services. Use of Feeding Trends is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

1.13. Termination of Agreement
Feeding Trends reserves the exclusive right to cancel this agreement regarding the provision of Feeding Trends services in case important reasons shall exist.

2. Terms of Use for Consumers
Feeding Trends provides web-based software on the Feeding Trends website to buy tickets for the vents listed by the organisers to the consumers. Only the consumer and the organizer of an event are entering into an ‘agreement’ regarding the event.
Given below are detailed Terms of Service for consumers, with ‘you’, ‘your’, & ’their’ referring to the consumer.

2.1. Booking Charges
Feeding Trends want our consumers to note that the fees payable for the tickets is as set out on our web site. The additional fee fees payable to Feeding Trends (fees for payment gateway, taxes, accounting, shipment, etc.) keeps varying from time to time. Therefore, consumers might see changes in the total payable amount often.

2.2. Right to Admission
Feeding Trends informs the consumers that the right to admission is reserved and can be controlled, only by the organizer of the event. You may need to carry your ID proof, and essential ticket/pass (name said on it) ought to be available alongside the ID confirmation to get the entry into the venue.
Feeding Trends shall not be liable for any issue that arises at the time of entry, or during the event, or at the time of exit.

2.3. Limitation of Liability
Feeding Trends hereby informs the consumers that Feeding Trends cannot be held responsible or assumed liable for any kind of misfortune such as robbery, kidnap, theft, and fire, etc. that cause damage to any individual assets of the ticket buyers or their representatives, or consumers themselves, while attending the event.
Feeding Trends also informs that if, at any time during the event, the event it is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed for any reason, Feeding Trends will not make any refunds nor will they be liable for any loss caused by such cancellation, postponement, suspension or delay.

2.4. Receipts of Payment
Feeding Trends issues receipts for the payments received against the tickets booked on Feeding Trends website to the consumers. This is issued at the time of enrolment for an event, when the payment is done and sent electronically to the consumer’s registered mail ID.
Feeding Trends do not accept cash/cheque payments for booking tickets. Any issue related to payment must be reported to Feeding Trends within 24 hours, exceeding which, no disputes related to payments/orders will be considered as valid.

2.5. Cancellation & Refund
The consumers must note that tickets once booked via Feeding Trends are non-refundable until and unless the event has been cancelled by the event organiser following the desire to do so or cancelled due to suspicion of usage by Feeding Trends.
In the case that an event has been cancelled, the base ticket price will be refunded to the consumer and Feeding Trends service fees, payment gateway fees & applicable taxes shall not be refunded. The consumers shall be notified of the vent cancellation via e-mails.

2.6. Technical Issues
In case the consumers find errors in the ticket information, or the emails sent to them by Feeding Trends, they must inform Feeding Trends within two working days, or before the event, whichever is sooner. To do so, they can write to Feeding Trends on [email protected] .
Also, Feeding Trends requests the consumer to responsibly and immediately inform Feeding Trends about the unavailability or malfunctions of the Feeding Trends website. Feeding Trends bears the responsibility to resolve the technical issue as soon as possible and regrets the inconvenience thus caused.

2.7. Misuse Protection
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per consumer, per credit card, and for some events, a restriction may apply per household.
Feeding Trends reserves the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number. The consumer agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Feeding Trends service.

2.8. Advertising Material
Feeding Trends will not be held liable for any improper or inappropriate advertisement contents, due to the dynamic nature of web, invisible/hidden contents, error, omission or inaccuracy in printed or digital form. Feeding Trends also reserves the right to remove or reposition the advertising material

DMCA Protection
Feeding Trends informs the consumers & organisers that the design and content on Feeding Trends is copyrighted and protected by DMCA. Therefore, the reproduction, copying and misuse of the design and content of Feeding Trends is a criminal offense, and anyone found guilty for unauthorized utilization may offer ascent to a case for damage and/or be a criminal offense.

Third Party Links
Feeding Trends might time and again redirect users or use links to other websites for informative and operational purposes based on the requirement. It does not imply that Feeding Trends support the other website (s) or its purpose. Feeding Trends would not be responsible for that particular website's functionality or content

Intellectual Property Rights
a. All consumers and organisers/event companies accept and agree that Feeding Trends owns all rights to the content, code, databases, visual-design and layout of the Service. b. Feeding Trends claims no intellectual property rights over the material provided by organisers/event companies to Feeding Trends website and services. All data uploaded by you belongs to you and all risk associated with them are all yours. c. The organisers/event companies are not supposed to use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Feeding Trends website or Feeding Trends service. d. The organisers/event companies may not resell, duplicate or reproduce or exploit any part or duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the visual design or layout of the Feeding Trends website or Feeding Trends service without prior approval, written consent and permission of Feeding Trends.

Information Disclosure

To the extent required or permitted by law, Feeding Trends may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
