Success Met Him On The Hard Way But He Did Not Want To Settle For Less

A simple boy from Azamgarh, who followed his destiny all the way to Haridwar, got submerged into spirituality but didn't settle for less. His dedication towards God paid him back. Today, he is the director of 5 successful ventures. His name is Sudhanshu Srivastava.

A Modest Man

"Going to Haridwar was not planned. Little did I know while leaving for Haridwar that the place will become such an important part of my life. Haridwar taught me a lot about spirituality and religion. Coming back from there, I landed in Lucknow and did simple jobs to sustain myself.", recollects Sudhanshu.

Sudhanshu has met success the hard way. He faced a major financial crisis in his initial days in Lucknow, until he was offered a job by a relative in a real estate company. Since he had to manage his bread and butter, he accepted the job opportunity with a patient smile. His destiny brought the job to him.

Startup Enthusiast

After doing the job for some time, he soon started his own real estate work in Lucknow. His clear business ethics and the transparent process helped his business to grow. He also kept sharing the spiritual knowledge, which he gained while staying at Haridwar with people. This earned him the name ‘Gurubhai’.

If you look at him, you will get confused if he is an entrepreneur or a social worker. The reason is that he never ran behind wealth. This is what differentiates him from his competitors. He was happy to sell the property to a common rikshawala and chaiwala. In fact, this was what gave him immense joy and satisfaction.

Ready For Challenges

Sudhanshu believes in the power of actions. So, he kept working, irrespective of the challenges that life was to throw at him. He kept no social, economic or political barriers in professional or personal life ever. While we all read about peaceful co-existence, Sudhanshu actually practised it.

According to him, any barrier that binds you or confines you slows down your success. In order to be successful, one must let go of all the prejudice and hate. One must start loving the people one meets. This principle agglomerated goodwill for his company in a short span of time. Soon, he launched his second venture, 'Nidhi Banking initiative'.

"We were very lucky to get permission to start Nidhi banking. During the first month of its inception, we got over 550 clients. That was really encouraging. We have not looked back ever since", he told us.

Visionary

After the success of his real estate and Nidhi banking initiatives, he wanted to expand into other domains. And he had a fair reason to. And today he has 5 successful ventures, with various other businesses in the pipeline. Besides business, Sudhanshu is also an active member of various NGOs. He is also the chief patron of Fashion Herald.

Concluding the conversation with us, he said, "There needs to be an urge inside you to see not only yourself but everyone around you successful.” And this is what makes him so popular among his people.

Yet, after having so much success to his name, he wants everybody to treat him as a common man. He is like, ‘Aam Aadmi Theek Tha’.
