Not only this, Dhoni is the only captain in the world history of cricket to win 3 ICC trophies. These three ICC trophies include the inaugural T20 World Cup (2007), ICC World Cup 2011 and Champions Trophy 2013. India lifted all these trophies under the captaincy of MS Dhoni.

Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli wished India's former World Cup-winning captain, MS Dhoni on his birthday in his very own way. He posted a picture on twitter with the caption - ‘Happy birthday Mahi Bhai. God bless you.’

The picture of Mahi, Virat and Anushka together garnered over 18 thousands likes and around 2.5 thousands retweets in less than an hour. Not only Kohli and Raina, but other Team India players also wished the wicketkeeper batsman on his birthday.

Raina’s Birthday Wishes for Dhoni

Even Suresh Raina posted a selfie on Instagram wishing Dhoni a very happy birthday. In the picture, which was of midnight celebration, Dhoni’s face was painted with cake. But the cool captain smiled.

Raina tweeted, "Happy birthday to the legend @msdhoni. There can be nobody like you."

Wife Sakshi’s Birthday Wishes for Dhoni

Earlier in the day, Sakshi Singh Dhoni expressed her emotions towards her husband. She thanked him for teaching her about life in the past 10 years that they have been together.

Sakshi’s birthday message for Dhoni was -"Happy Bday to you! Even words won’t do justice to how you are as a human being. 10 years, I have learnt a lot from you and continue to. Thank you for making me see and deal with life in a straightforward practical way."

Dhoni, Sakshi and Ziva are currently in UK, being officially the part of India’s UK tour. They celebrated his birthday with friends and family in UK only.

M S Dhoni’s Birthday Celebration

After a lot of struggle, M S Dhoni’s birthday celebration with the Indian team, friends and family, (not to forget Ziva), was revealed. In the video, Mahi can be seen blowing the candles and smiling. While Ziva is teasing him for growing old, Sakshi and players including the Pandya brothers are oscillating singing ‘Happy Birthday Mahi'.

From leading the team to lifting the World Cup trophy after 28 years in 2011, also making India the first nation to win the event on home soil to guiding the team of Chennai Super Kings to win their third IPL title, in their comeback season after two years of ban, Mahendra Singh Dhoni deserves all the love.
