You what I'm afraid of?

I'm afraid of the day I have to say

goodbye,

I'm afraid of the day I lose you,

I'm afraid of the day I can't amuse

But it will all be fine, because

that's what fate will chose.

It's scares me how after all we've

shared with each other,

Our secrets, fears, what we hate

and what we love,

One day, we'll go back to being

strangers,

Just two souls lost in the world,

unaware of the dangers.

I'll sit by the phone waiting for it to

ring,

Waiting for your name to show up

on the notification screen,

My heart skipping a beat, the

smile on my face complete.

I'm afraid of the day I'm waiting by

the phone,

waiting for the notification sound

and waiting to see your name but

it never rings
