The Entire Toxic Relationship Of Johnny Depp And Amber Heard.

How did they meet? What was their relationship like? Why did they break up? And why has Johnny decided to sue Amber?

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I had no idea what happened between Johnny and Amber. By clicking on this article, you either need a little bit of a refresher — or a complete rundown so you can understand what on earth led to this epic, stressful, but also heartbreaking trial.

So stick around because I'm going to tell you everything you need to know.

Let's start from the very beginning

So who is Amber? Amber is a 36-year-old American actress and activist. When she first began, she starred in several small roles, until she eventually went on to appear in her first starring role for the 2006 horror film All the boys love mandy lane.

She then gained even more recognition for supporting roles in the movies never back down and Pineapple Express. You may also know amber for other roles in Aquaman when she played Mera, the princess of Xebel and daughter of King Nereus, and magic mike XXL alongside Channing Tatum, when she played his love interest, Zoe.

If I’m being totally honest, I only knew amber from Aquaman when I watched it with my son one day. I remember thinking, “she’s very pretty.” Of course, being pretty doesn’t mean you can go around having a shitty attitude. (We’re going to talk more about that in a little bit.)

Now let’s move on to Johnny Depp who I’m sure everybody knows, but just in case you don’t, he’s a 58-year-old actor, producer, and musician. He shot to stardom when he replaced Jeff Yagher in the role of undercover cop, and Tommy Hanson in the TV series 21 jump street in 1987.

He’s a versatile actor who is extremely well respected and loved by many. Throughout the years, he has dated some very well known celebrities, such as — Winona Ryder, Jennifer Grey, Kate moss, and Sherlyn Fenn. Johnny was married to Vanessa Paradis who he shares two children, Lily and Jack.

He married Amber heard in 2015 which we will now go on to talk about.

So now we know a little bit about the two, let’s jump right in and find out how the pair met.

Johnny and Amber met in 2009 when they both starred together in the movie the Rum Diaries. Amber played the role of Chenault and johnny played Paul kemp.

After filming, Johnny couldn’t stop thinking about amber and said, “She was in my head, so I tracked her down, we tracked each other down. Incidentally, it was amazing.”

Johnny and Amber married in a private ceremony at their L.A residence. However, they married again in a more extravagant setting on Johnny’s very own private island in the Caribbean.

A little while passed, and Amber began to make a number of accusations against Johnny. The first assault allegedly happened after amber made a joke about a tattoo that Johnny had created when he was in a relationship with Winona Ryder. Originally, the tattoo said, “Winona forever.” But after they split, he changed it to, “wino forever.”

Amber claimed that Johnny became very angry and knocked her to the floor. Afterward, he cried and apologized, stating that he sometimes turns into a monster.

Throughout the marriage, Johnny is said to have had substance issues, and Amber said that during the time he used to drink, Johnny would become physically abusive to her.

Amber once again accused Johnny of assault when she apparently hung up a painting by her ex-partner next to their bed. Apparently, Johnny set fire to it and then proceeded to hit her.

Amber also claimed that Johnny had thrown a decanter at her in their penthouse. He then headbutted and pulled large chunks of her hair from her scalp the day before Amber’s appearance on James Corden’s Late show.

There are many other accusations made by Amber during this time, which painted Johnny in a very bad light. She also sent numerous text messages to Steven — Johnny’s assistant.

Steven began to text amber stating:

“He's incredibly sorry and knows that he has done wrong, he wants to get better now.”

Amber replies

“Yes but I don’t know how to be around him after what he did to me yesterday. I don’t know if I can stay with him.”

“Obviously he has no idea what he did or the extent that he did it. If someone was truly honest with him about how bad it really was, he’d be appalled.”

“I’m sad that he doesn’t have a better way to really know the severity of his actions yesterday,” she continues. “Unfortunately for me, I remember in full detail everything that happened.”

Steven replies and reveals that Johnny has no recollection of what he supposedly did.

“He was appalled, When I told him he kicked you, he cried. It was disgusting. And he knows it.”

“He’s a little lost boy. And needs all the help he can get,” “He is so very sorry, as he should be.”

After 15 months of a very turbulent marriage, Amber filed for divorce and was granted a temporary restraining order against Johnny. She claimed that there was, “one severe incident in December 2015 in which I truly feared for my life.”

She also said that throughout their entire relationship, Johnny had been verbally and physically abusive to her.

Okay, so now we understand Amber’s side of things, let’s dive in a little bit further.

Johnny has categorically denied the allegations.

Johnny had a very tough childhood. His mother was very abusive to him not only physically but emotionally too. His sister stated that Johnny would often retreat and run away from conflict. She also said that Johnny is a very wounded man who hates confrontation.

In 2015, Amber alleges that an assault took place on a private plane. Amber claims that Johnny assaulted her whilst they were flying from Boston to Los Angeles. She also stated that Johnny was blackout intoxicated.

Johnny denied this and said that he had taken two tablets and drank one glass of champagne before the flight.

Also In 2015, Johnny alleges that the tip of his finger was cut off — during an intense argument with Amber. He claimed that while the pair were in Australia, Amber became enraged because his lawyers had asked her to sign a prenup agreement.

Amber was raging, and she launched a vodka bottle at johnny, severing the tip of his finger.

In 2016 Johnny revealed a final argument he had with Amber. He stated that she flew into a “verbal barrage of abuse” after Johnny was late to a party. He said that he refused to engage with her, and when she hit him, all he did was grab her by her shoulders, sat her down on the bed, and told her he was leaving.

He has since testified that amber punched him in the face multiple times as he tried to leave, but eventually, he managed to escape and left her in the apartment.

The next day, Johnny believed that it would be a good time to return to the penthouse to retrieve his personal belongings. However, when he asked his bodyguard to drive him there, he told him it was a bad idea.

Johnny’s housekeeper had sent the bodyguard a photograph which was a picture of the couple’s bed, and on his side of it was human fecal matter. 🤢

The pair didn’t see each other until May the 21st, which was the day after his mother died. Amber video recorded Johnny on her phone banging cupboards and appearing very angry. I’m sorry, but amber was wrong in my book.

She could’ve at least tried to comfort him, but instead, she decided to act like a victim, film him, and then as johnny decided to walk away, she started laughing.

After his mother’s death, Johnny said he wanted to reassess his life and decided to formally file for divorce.

It was alleged that he and amber ended up having yet another fight, and she accused Johnny of pulling her hair and throwing a phone at her face. This was investigated by Los Angeles police, and a spokesperson said no crime had taken place.

Two days after his mother had passed, Amber filed for divorce for irreconcilable differences.

Amber turned up to court with a bruise on her face asking for a restraining order against Johnny Depp. The judge ended up granting a temporary order, as he thought it was in the best interest of both parties.

At this point, the media were going crazy. Accusing Johnny of being a wife-beater, people were yelling at him in the street, and he was even fired from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

Johnny’s ex-wife came forward and revealed that throughout their entire marriage, Johnny not once laid a finger on her or verbally abused her in any way. She also said johnny is a kind, gentle, and loving person who is not at all capable of anything Amber’s accusing him of.

After completely ruining Johnny’s reputation that he had worked so hard for, the pair began to speak on the phone. Amber was very manipulative, and this all came to light when johnny secretly recorded a couple of conversations in which amber had said the following…….

“You didn’t get punched. You got hit,”

“I’m sorry I hit you like this, but I did not punch you.

I did not fucking deck you. I fucking was hitting you. I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was. But you’re fine. I did not hurt you. I did not punch you. I was hitting you.”

After Johnny tries to reply, she taunts him:

“I’m not sitting here bitching about it, am I? You are. That’s the difference between me and you. You’re a fucking baby.”

“Nobody will ever believe you because you’re a man.”

“See how many people believe or side with you.”

“I’m a 115lb woman…. Have I ever been able to knock you off of your feet? Or knock you off balance?”

“I’m sorry that I didn’t hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you’re not punched.”

Johnny tells her that his son is having to deal with others saying things like, “how does it feel knowing that your dad’s a wife beater?”

Amber did not care at all, all she was worried about was herself and said, “Oh well, what do you think about MY reputation?”

I can’t promise you I won’t get physical again. God, I f — -ing sometimes get so mad I lose it.” said AMBER

She again heads to court, and seriously if you haven’t already, you need to watch the videos of her. To me, she looks like she’s lying through her teeth. Throughout the questioning, she’s eating, smirking, and even laughing.

When the pair were finalizing the divorce, Amber wanted to be granted three of Johnny’s multimillionaire homes, all expenses paid, including all the bills, a range rover, plus an insane amount of dollars a month spending money.

WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K. Is she serious? They were only married for 15 months.

She decided to drop that case because the public started to accuse her of being a liar and gold digger, and in the end, she decided to settle for 7 million dollars.

Amber claimed that this money was going to charity. However, it remains unclear whether this money went to charity or not.

In 2018 amber wrote an opinion piece in the Washington Post, in which she claimed to have experienced domestic abuse in the hype of the #metoo movement. She didn’t mention who this article was about, but everybody was pretty certain she was speaking about Johnny Depp.

This brings us to 2022, and Johnny is now suing amber for 50 million, For defamation of character. I have another article about the trial and what has happened so far. However, this was a couple of days ago, and lots more evidence has come to light. You can check that out below if you wish.
