Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi-2 minute noodles(masala), 1 tbsp of oil, 6 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of coarsely crushed cardamom, 1 cup of carrot cut into slices, 1 cup small florets of broccoli, 1 cup of baby corn, 1 cup sliced spring onions, 250 ml of water, salt to taste.

Procedure: Add garlic in hot oil on a heated pan, saute till light brown and fragrant. Add black pepper and vegetables,  stir continuously till they become crispy and tender. Add salt after stirring. Prepare the Maggi masala as per instructions. Add the prepared vegetable mixture over the noodles and serve hot. Enjoy!

2. Creamy Spinach and Corn Maggi Noodles

Spinach and corn make the cutest pair in Maggi noodles. This very combination makes it stand out among all the Maggi recipes. Ingredients: Maggi-2 minute noodles (masala), 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, ½ cup of corn kernels, 2 cups of chopped spinach, ½ cup of milk, 1 cup of water, 1 slice of bread, 1 tsp of butter

Procedure: Add garlic in a heated pan with oil,  then add corn and fry for about 1 minute. Then add spinach and saute for 1 minute. In another pan, cook Maggi with ½ cup mil and 1 cup water. To make the breadcrumbs, crumble the slice of bread and fry it in butter till it turns golden brown. Now pour the Maggi noodles on a plate and add the sauteed spinach-corn mixture on top. 3. Paneer Bhurji Maggi

Ingredients: 1 pack of Maggi noodles, 1 tbsp of cooking oil, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 1 diced tomato, 1 cup of grated paneer, 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves

Procedure: Saute green chillies and onion on a heated oil pan till golden brown, add tomatoes and cook until it turns soft. After 1 minute of stirring, add the grated paneer and mix thoroughly.

Procedure: Add onions, peas, potato, and corn in a heated oil pan and saute well. Then add tomato and mix till it melts a bit. Add spice and mix well. Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli, 2 tsp of mustard oil, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp sugar, 1 egg

Procedure: Add the roughly chopped vegetables on the heated oil pan, stir for a while and then add ½ tsp of spices-turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, 1 tsp of salt and 1 packet Maggi masala powder. Saute for 2 minutes and serve it on the prepared/boiled Maggi noodles. Add the poached egg and serve it on the Maggi mixture. 6. Egg Bhurji Maggi

Ingredients: 1 packet of Maggi Noodles, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 largely finely chopped onion, 3 chopped green chillies, 2 beaten eggs, 3 tbsps of chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste

Procedure: Add onions in a heated oil pan,  saute till it turns golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and green chillies, saute till tomato softens. Then, add the beaten eggs and mix well using a fork, break them and stir like to make scrambled eggs. Add salt at last. Cook the Maggi noodles in another dish and add the egg bhurji over it. Garnish with coriander leaves on top and enjoy!

7. Butter Maggi

Butter Maggi reminds us of those days where the kitchen remains almost empty and yet the leftover butter and Maggi makes a wholesome delicious meal. Even in college canteens or school tiffins, Butter Maggi continues to be a favourite. 

Ingredients: 2 packets of Maggi masala, 4 pieces of green chillies, 3 finely chopped cloves, 1 cup of chopped vegetable (carrot, cauliflower, others as per your choice), ½ tsp black pepper powder, 30 gm butter, salt as needed, 1.5 cups of water

Procedure: Heat butter in a pan add chopped green chillies and garlic, saute for a minute till fragrant. After this add vegetables and stir well for 2-4 minutes, sprinkle black pepper powder and salt over it. Pour water and let the mixture boil. Then add Maggi masala and boil for another minute, break the noodles in the middle or spread evenly. Stir well until the water dries up and reduces to a dry mixture. You can turn off the gas a bit earlier if you prefer gravy with Maggi. One of the tastiest Maggi recipes, Butter Maggi is ready!

8. Butter Masala Maggi

Witness the salsa of melted butter and hot spices in your mouth. One of the quirky Maggi recipes that you’ll come across. Toss,  cook and enjoy. 

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 60 gms butter, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 chopped up green chillies, 1 chopped up tomato, 1 chopped up onion, 1 packet masala magic, 1 big glass of water

Procedure:  Heat the butter in a pan. Add Maggi, onion, tomato, and green chilly to the pan and stir. Add the Maggi masala in adequate quantity and roast. Then add water and vinegar together and boil the Maggi on high flame for about 3 minutes. Add Maggi masala and let it simmer for 2 mins. Make the consistency as your choice,  you serve it with gravy or dry. Either way, the taste will be yum!

9. Loaded Cheese Maggi

We are always ready for the extra “cheese”. Be it in front of the camera or on the plate. Do you have an irresistible craving for cheese? Here it is, a loaded cheese Maggi recipe for you to feel the magic of melted cheese with spicy Maggi.

Ingredients: 3 tsp of oil, 2 finely chopped chillies, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, ½ finely chopped onions, ½ finely chopped tomatoes, ½ finely chopped carrot, 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1+½ cup water, 2 slice cheese or 2 blocks of cheese cubes, 1 Maggi tastemaker, 1 Maggi, 2tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 packet Maggi noodles

Procedure: Heat 3 tsp of oil in a Kadai and saute 2 chilli and 3 garlic cloves. Add ½ onion and saute until it turns golden brown. Now add ½ tomato, ½ capsicum, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp peas and 2 tbsp sweet corn. Stir the vegetable mixture for about 1 minute. Pour ½ cup of water into the mixture and then add 2 slices of cheese and 1 packet of Maggi tastemaker. Go on mixing until the cheese melts. Now dip 1 packet of Maggi noodles into the water. Cover and boil for 1 minute. Mix it well until the water reduces a bit and a consistent mixture is formed. Now serve the hot Maggi and garnish it with 2 tbsp of coriander leaves. For extra cheese,  you can grate cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes before eating.

10. Cheesy Italiano Maggi

Ingredients: 1 Double pack of Maggi noodles, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp grated garlic, ½ cup chopped green capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers each,1-2 tbsp of cheese spread, 2 tbsp of chopped basil leaves.

Procedure: Heat the oil and fry the garlic for about 1 minute. Then add basil leaves and saute for about 1 minute. Add all the capsicums and saute for a couple of minutes. Turn of the gas and grate cheese over the hot mixture. Cook Maggi noodles in another bowl and then add the cheese mixture over the cooked Maggi noodles. Enjoy your mamma-mia, Maggi!

11.Chilli Cheese Garlic Maggi

A twist to the classic cheese Maggi recipe with hot chilli and spicy garlic. On those days when you feel like having a spicy evening snack without much effort or ingredients, this Maggi recipe can be a good option.

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 1 packet Maggi masala, 1 cup water, ½ tbsp finely chopped garlic, ½ tsp red chilli flakes, ½ tsp oregano/mixed herbs, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice, 1 tbsp oil, 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (optional)

Procedure: Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and saute until it the fragrance of raw garlic fades away. Add water, Maggi masala and mix well. Bring water to boil and add Maggi noodles. Cook for about 2 minutes. Once the water dries, add chilli flakes,  oregano, cheese and coriander leaves and mix thoroughly. Serve chilli cheese garlic Maggi and enjoy.

12. Chicken Maggi Stir Fry 

It would be an absolute injustice if we don’t put chicken and Maggi together. This Maggi recipe will take much less time than your regular lunch/dinner meal. The rich and spicy flavour of chicken Maggi is perfect for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients: 4 packet Maggi noodles, 1 cup boneless chicken, cut into small size pieces, 1 cup sliced onion, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced red bell peppers, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp light soy sauce, ½ ts white vinegar, 1 tsp sriracha sauce, salt to taste, 2 tsp cooking oil, 1 tsp chopped spring onion greens, juice of one lemon, 2 tsp roasted peanuts

Procedure: Cook Maggi noodles without the Maggi masala and drain the water after its cooked. Rinse with cold water and set it aside. Mix Maggi masala, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, vinegar and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic cloves and chilli flakes for 10-15 seconds. Now add the onion and stir fry until it turns white. Add the sauce mixture on the pan over this and add chicken to it. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir fry for less than one minute. Now add the boiled/cooked Maggi noodles, garnish it with roasted peanuts, spring onion and lemon juice.

13. Spicy Chicken Maggi

There’s no alternate for the spicy chicken Maggi recipe. Who doesn’t love spicy meal? Put more chilli and enjoy the hot seasoned recipe.

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 200 gm of boneless chicken, 1 sliced onion, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Procedure:  Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala and keep it aside for 15 mins. Cook Maggi noodles in another bowl and put the noodles aside. Heat a pan with oil, saute garlic and onion on it. Add the marinated chicken on the pan and cover with a lid. Mix boiled Maggi with the chicken mixture and cook well. Add tomato sauce at last and enjoy hot, spicy Chicken Maggi.

14. Chicken Sausage Maggi

If you want to skip the spices and just enjoy your chicken with Maggi,  then this Maggi recipe is probably for you. Without much effort or ingredients/spices, this Maggi recipe can be made within a very short time.

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles,  2-3 chicken sausages,,1 tsp oil

Procedure: Boil water in a deep vessel and add the Maggi noodles with the masala. Cook until the water reduces. Heat a pan with oil, and the chicken sausages and stir fry. Cut the sausages into small sizes and add the cooked Maggi noodles.  Mix it well and your chicken sausage Maggi is ready!

15. Hot Garlic Chicken Maggi

This is a hit Maggi recipe for years. Most of us had this in college canteens and street stalls. No wonder garlic and chicken makes a deadly combination.

Ingredients: 2 packets of Maggi noodles, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1/2 tomato, Chopped capsicum 1/2, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp Italian mixed herbs, 1 tbsp spicy garlic chutney, 1/2 tsp butter

Procedure:  Prepare the garlic chutney with spices and keep it aside. Add two cups of water in a pan, add the chopped onions, capsicum and tomatoes when the water gets warm. Add Maggi masala and put chilli flakes, mixed herbs, spicy garlic chutney. Stir the mixture continuously. Once mixed,  add the Maggi noodles and cover. Cook the Maggi mixture for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Once cooked, add the butter and let it melt. Turn off the gas and serve hot.

16. Chicken and Mushroom Maggi

Not only tasty but Maggi recipes with chicken and mushroom can be rich and nutritional too. It can turn out to be a favourite for the kids and mushroom lovers.

Ingredients: 100 g of tender chicken breast, 2 onions, 2 packets of Maggi noodles, 3 tbsp of cooking oil, 4 slices of mushroom, 250g of cooking cream, 3 fresh sprigs

Procedure: Heat oil in a medium-sized pan, fry the chicken breast and stir fry for 5-8 mins until it turns golden brown. Keep it aside. Cook Maggi noodles in another vessel. Drain water from the half-cooked Maggi noodles. Toss them with oil to prevent sticking. Heat oil in a cooking pan and saute the spring onions, stir until it gets golden brown. Then, add the mushrooms, cook until it gets tender. Add the Maggi noodles on the mixture. Pour cream and let the mixture simmer to a thick gravy. Add the cubes chicken breasts,  and stir thoroughly. Balance the seasoning and stir for 1 minute. Turn off the gas and serve it hot. You are surely going to add it in your favourite Maggi recipes.

17. Maggi Pakora

What if we use Maggi as an ingredient and shape it into pakoras? Well,  with Maggi you can never run out of innovation. Maggi pakoras are so crispy,  crunchy and mouth-watering that you are going to replace all other pakoras from now-on after you try this.

Ingredients: 1 packet of Maggi, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 sliced onion, 1/2 sliced capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,  1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped chilli, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp ajwain seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, ¾ cup besan, ¼ cup cornflour, 2 tbsp rice flour, oil for frying

Procedure: In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp spring onion. Then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chilli, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp salt to it. Further, add 3-4 cup besan and ¼ cup cornflour to the mixture. Mix the mixture well until a thick consistency is formed. Now add the prepared Maggi. Mix gently to prevent breaking. Shape them in small round balls and drop in hot oil. Stir on medium flame, until the pakoda turns crispy and golden brown. Enjoy Maggi pakoda with tomato sauce/green chutney or mayonnaise. 

18. Maggi Cutlet

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 4 cups water, 2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and smashed), 3 tbsp boiled peas, 3 tbsp boiled corn, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder/dry mango powder,  1/2 cup bread crumbs, salt to taste.

For Slurry: 2 tbsp maida/all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, ¼ tsp crushed pepper, 1/2 cup water,  salt ot taste

Procedure: Add boiled and mashed potatoes, 3 tbsp boiled corn and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Also add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, Maggi masala, salt to taste. Mash well and combine everything nicely. Now add the boiled noodles. Mix nicely without mashing the noodles. 

Now prepare the maida slurry by mixing 2 tbsp of flour,  2 tbsp cornflour,  ¼ tsp crushed pepper,  1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Mix well so that no lumps are formed and a thick batter is made. Prepare a small ball sized patties with oil greased hands. Now dip them in maida slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Dip them in hot oil and fry on medium-oil. Serve them with tomato sauce or mayonnaise and enjoy this mouth-watering dish!

19.  Maggi Bhel

The best solution when you don’t want to miss bhel or Maggi is this Maggi recipe. Combine Maggi and bhel together and experience this all-new tasty Maggi -bhel. You are going to make this as your favourite go-to snack.

Ingredients: 2 packets Maggi noodles, 1 cup puffed rice, ¼ cup roasted peanuts, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes,  2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp sev, 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp chaat masala.

Procedure: Make a paste of 2 packets of Maggi masala and tomato ketchup. Crush the Maggi noodles lightly into small pieces. Dry roast the coarsely crushed Maggi noodles on a non-stick pan on medium-flame for 10 minutes and then let it cool. Transfer into a different bowl, mix all other ingredients including the prepared paste and stir well. Serve immediately and garnished it with sev and coriander. Have a fulfilling evening snack with this Maggi-bhel.

20. Tadka Masala Maggi

We all love tadka-masala. But surprisingly tadka-masala Maggi tastes tastier. Why don't you try and check it yourself? Here is the recipe.

Ingredients: 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp oil, 4-5 curry leaves, 3-4 cup chopped onions, 1 medium-sized chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch garam masala, 1 packet Maggi masala, 1-1 & 1/2 schezwan sauce, 1 & 1/2 cups of water

Procedure: Heat oil in a pan and let the mustard seeds sizzle in it. Reduce the heat and add 3-4 curry leaves. Add the onions and saute them until it gets a pinkish hue. Add green chillies and cook for about a half-minute before adding the tomatoes. After mixing the tomatoes,  add salt,  turmeric powder,  garam masala, red chilli powder, Maggi masala and schezwan sauce. Stir well and add a sprinkle of water if required. Let the masalas cook for a minute. Let the vegetables form consistency with the sauce. Now add a half cup of water for cooking the Maggi noodles.  Let the water come to a full boil after adding the Maggi. Stir nicely for about 6- 7 mins to get the Maggi done. Turn off the gas the way you want,  if you want it dry to let it boil for some more time, if you want gravy then remove from the gas quickly. Serve this exclusive tadka-masala on your plate and enjoy!
