Pour ½ cup of water into the mixture and then add 2 slices of cheese and 1 packet of Maggi tastemaker. Go on mixing until the cheese melts. Now dip 1 packet of Maggi noodles into the water. Cover and boil for 1 minute. Mix it well until the water reduces a bit and a consistent mixture is formed. Now serve the hot Maggi and garnish it with 2 tbsp of coriander leaves. Procedure: Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and saute until it the fragrance of raw garlic fades away. Add water, Maggi masala and mix well. Bring water to boil and add Maggi noodles. Ingredients: 4 packet Maggi noodles, 1 cup boneless chicken, cut into small size pieces, 1 cup sliced onion, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced red bell peppers, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp light soy sauce, ½ ts white vinegar, 1 tsp sriracha sauce, salt to taste, 2 tsp cooking oil, 1 tsp chopped spring onion greens, juice of one lemon, 2 tsp roasted peanuts
Procedure: Cook Maggi noodles without the Maggi masala and drain the water after its cooked. Rinse with cold water and set it aside. Mix Maggi masala, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, vinegar and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic cloves and chilli flakes for 10-15 seconds. Now add the onion and stir fry until it turns white. Add the sauce mixture on the pan over this and add chicken to it. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir fry for less than one minute. Now add the boiled/cooked Maggi noodles, garnish it with roasted peanuts, spring onion and lemon juice.
13. Spicy Chicken Maggi

Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 200 gm of boneless chicken, 1 sliced onion, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Procedure: Prepare the garlic chutney with spices and keep it aside. Add two cups of water in a pan, add the chopped onions, capsicum and tomatoes when the water gets warm. Add Maggi masala and put chilli flakes, mixed herbs, spicy garlic chutney. Stir the mixture continuously. Once mixed, add the Maggi noodles and cover. Cook the Maggi mixture for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Once cooked, add the butter and let it melt. Turn off the gas and serve hot.

Ingredients: 100 g of tender chicken breast, 2 onions, 2 packets of Maggi noodles, 3 tbsp of cooking oil, 4 slices of mushroom, 250g of cooking cream, 3 fresh sprigs
Procedure: Heat oil in a medium-sized pan, fry the chicken breast and stir fry for 5-8 mins until it turns golden brown. Keep it aside. Cook Maggi noodles in another vessel. Drain water from the half-cooked Maggi noodles. Toss them with oil to prevent sticking. Heat oil in a cooking pan and saute the spring onions, stir until it gets golden brown. Ingredients: 1 packet of Maggi, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 sliced onion, 1/2 sliced capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped chilli, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp ajwain seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, ¾ cup besan, ¼ cup cornflour, 2 tbsp rice flour, oil for frying
Procedure: In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp spring onion. Then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chilli, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp salt to it. Further, add 3-4 cup besan and ¼ cup cornflour to the mixture. Mix the mixture well until a thick consistency is formed. Now add the prepared Maggi. Mix gently to prevent breaking. Shape them in small round balls and drop in hot oil. Stir on medium flame, until the pakoda turns crispy and golden brown. Enjoy Maggi pakoda with tomato sauce/green chutney or mayonnaise.
18. Maggi Cutlet
Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles, 4 cups water, 2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and smashed), 3 tbsp boiled peas, 3 tbsp boiled corn, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder/dry mango powder, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, salt to taste.
For Slurry: 2 tbsp maida/all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, ¼ tsp crushed pepper, 1/2 cup water, salt ot taste
Procedure: Add boiled and mashed potatoes, 3 tbsp boiled corn and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Also add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, Maggi masala, salt to taste. Mash well and combine everything nicely. Now add the boiled noodles. Mix nicely without mashing the noodles.
Now prepare the maida slurry by mixing 2 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, ¼ tsp crushed pepper, 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Mix well so that no lumps are formed and a thick batter is made. Prepare a small ball sized patties with oil greased hands. Now dip them in maida slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Dip them in hot oil and fry on medium-oil. Serve them with tomato sauce or mayonnaise and enjoy this mouth-watering dish!
19. Maggi Bhel
The best solution when you don’t want to miss bhel or Maggi is this Maggi recipe. Combine Maggi and bhel together and experience this all-new tasty Maggi -bhel. You are going to make this as your favourite go-to snack.
Ingredients: 2 packets Maggi noodles, 1 cup puffed rice, ¼ cup roasted peanuts, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp sev, 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp chaat masala.

Ingredients: 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp oil, 4-5 curry leaves, 3-4 cup chopped onions, 1 medium-sized chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch garam masala, 1 packet Maggi masala, 1-1 & 1/2 schezwan sauce, 1 & 1/2 cups of water
Procedure: Heat oil in a pan and let the mustard seeds sizzle in it. Reduce the heat and add 3-4 curry leaves. Add the onions and saute them until it gets a pinkish hue. Add green chillies and cook for about a half-minute before adding the tomatoes. After mixing the tomatoes, add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, Maggi masala and schezwan sauce. Stir well and add a sprinkle of water if required. Let the masalas cook for a minute. Let the vegetables form consistency with the sauce. Now add a half cup of water for cooking the Maggi noodles. Let the water come to a full boil after adding the Maggi. Stir nicely for about 6- 7 mins to get the Maggi done. Turn off the gas the way you want, if you want it dry to let it boil for some more time, if you want gravy then remove from the gas quickly. Serve this exclusive tadka-masala on your plate and enjoy!
