M.S Dhoni - The Untold Story is based on the life of former Test, ODI, and T20 captain of the Indian National Cricket team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The film stars the late Sushant Singh Rajput as Mahendra Singh Dhoni, along with Disha Patani, Kiara Advani, and Anupam Kher.

M.S Dhoni, a boy from Ranchi aspires to play cricket for India. Though he initially tries to please his father by working for the Indian Railways, he ultimately decides to chase his dreams. It was released on 30 September 2016 and was directed by Neeraj Pandey.
