How to Clear Facebook Cache on Android and Iphone?

Once you clear the Facebook cache on your iPhone device, whenever you try to use the Facebook app again, any data that it needs will again be downloaded using your Internet connection. If you clear cache in your Facebook app, this removes any temporary files that might take up space on your device. Once you have performed an app cache clean-up on Facebook, all of your temporary files and your login information will be deleted.    

When you are in Facebook's main interface, you can select "Delete app" to delete caches and other files on Facebook. Select all the caches and cookies on Facebook, and then click on the Clean button to confirm the cleaning action. Clearing Facebook cache on an iPhone does not remove any data, photos, or posts from your personal account. Your Facebook profile will not be affected by the cache clean-up: All your albums, lists, photos, posts, and more will not be deleted or deleted.    

Clearing your cache deletes this data, which is stored in the background, effectively giving you a clean slate for when you next use Facebook. Once you click on the clear cache option, Android will remove the data and update your space used count.
