First Writing Contest Submission

I Wrote and Submitted A Pice Of Writing To A Contest For The First Time

I am really excited to say that I submitted a writing piece to a contest on Vocal Media. I’ve never submitted a piece of writing to a contest before. I’m sure it won’t be as good as some of the really good writers on there, but It was cool to write and submit to a contest.

The contest submission was to write a mothers day letter confessing to something you’ve never told her before.

I knew what to write right away and what I was going to confess to, it was just coming up with how I wanted to write it to sound like me and something I would actually write in a letter to my mom.

The process was fun and a cool way to write something outside of what I usually write about.

Would love to hear some feedback about the piece if anyone is interested in reading it and leaving a comment. I am open to criticism, it is one of the best ways to learn how to get better as long as it is constructive criticism.
