Finding It Difficult to Manage Long Hours of Studying?

Studying for long hours can get exhausting at times and we tend to lose the concentration and end up wasting a large amount of time and feeling more miserable and pressurized.

As time is very precious for everybody especially if you are preparing for a competitive exam( same as me)... wasting time can make you pay in the future.

But this has a solution too.

Here's the technique which I apply to study for long hours and many students and people use this to get more productive as one should make their time maximally productive meanwhile spending it.

It's called The Pomodoro Technique.

This was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.

Very simple to follow and you will end up competing your daily goals and enjoying studies .

This technique states- Study for a selected amount of time( i personally take 45 mins) and then take 5 mins break.

Keep in mind break should not be more than 5 minutes.

And for 45 minutes duration you should just be studying..no phone ,no distraction.

And repeat this technique for 3-4 times at a time.

You can try this starting with 3 hours and then gradually increase the sitting time .

After completing say 3-4 sets(depends on you) of this technique (or say you completed 3 hours) ,now is the time to take a longer break (i prefer 30 minutes- you can alter it on your own.)

In this break do any of your favourite activity..i like listening to songs and watching Netflix and sometimes even motivational videos.

Now in this break you should search and keep the study material that would be needed for your next session by your side where you would be studying.

You are going to improve your sitting time and you will get more productive in your schedule.

Many of my friends, seniors ,even I have seen many you tubers talking about this and following this technique.

You can simply search pomodromo technique in youtube as well.

Well , i guess there is no harm giving it a try and then decide yourself.

Because this has been a miracle for me considering I was a person who cannot maintain sitting for long hours but now I do and I am even more productive.
