Valentine week is not at all a romantic part of life for many in this nation. It is a national emergency as many fear to step out of their houses due to lack of company (girl or friends). It is dark like periods for many kill their time sighing their pain in bed. It is a court case that is giving ‘tareekh pe tareekh’ and no ‘faisla’.
For all those poor lads who are killing mosquitoes and watching debates over television, we have a seven-day list specially curated for you. You can be busy like a bee in this week by celebrating these days and make the couples jealous of you. Feeding Trends calls it the ‘Balentine Week’.
It is a dedicated seven-day celebration to make you love everything you hated. Starting from 7th February, which coincidently happens to be Valentine weeks’ Rose day, it will guide you to 14th February, the 'Bailentine Day’.
1. Holy Day
You are going to spend this day in the company of religion. You have to get up early, take a bath, and visit the holy place. You have to perform all the rites and rituals, do charity and act like the most pious believer of God. You will spend your day like never before. You can even make headlines if any news channel comes across to interview for your splendid devotion and faith.
2. Clean Day
After submitting yourself to God, you have to make sure that you keep everything clean. Clean day is to make you the most sorted and organized person on this Earth. Arrange your cupboard, get a haircut, shave (boys only), waxing (girls only), sell your junk to kabadiwala, etc. If the day is celebrated in the right manner, everything should be neat and clean.
3. Garden Day
Cleanliness doesn't end with your room. The next day, you have to take care of your garden as well. If you love the flowers and the plants, you will love this day too. Take a long drive with the garden roller, uproot all the yellow leaves, trim the shrubs, and make your garden look like heaven.
4. Excercise Day
Now that the garden is ready, exercises will complement your busy schedule. This day has been constituted to get you enrolled in a fitness program. So, chalk out what exercise you do, on what day and in what order. Spend your day in the decorated gym and post selfies with gym belongings. You can even presume yourself as a fitness blogger, advocating about the benefits of exercise.
5. Book Day
Personality is not just about looks but also thoughts. You have the best time to read right before your eyes. Just be surrounded by books for an entire day, keep flipping the pages of the interesting ones and staring at covers of dull ones. If you don't have books, magazines or even newspaper would do. But, reading online is prohibited. You are allowed to add 'book blogger' in your Instagram bio after celebrating this day.
6. Eat Day
So much output needs some healthy input. The day is dedicated to trying homemade food after a long time and eating like you never ate before. Eat the whole day, the whole night, for nobody will ask you to do anything else except feeding yourself. You even don't have to care about table manners. Eat in the dirtiest manner. And don’t forget to become food blogger on this day!
7. Sleep Day
Heavy eating will make you feel drowsy. It is the most loved day, for the relationship with social media gets turned off on this day. This day will test your stamina to sleep. Nobody will disturb you when you are sleeping. In fact, if by any chance, you wake up, people around will sing lullabies to make you sleep. Sleep will fall short of hours on this day. Try being the sleeping beauty!
8. Bailentine Day
The most awaited day of the week is finally here. This is going to be the busiest day as you will call up your family members or arrange a get-together, to exchange a conversation with them. You will have to confess your feelings about home and them. It might seem that you are 'bail' but if you do this 'bailpan', your 'Bailentine Day' is complete.
Together, doing all this 'bailpan', we can displace the heavy mountains that are sinking our hearts with the mere thought of Valentine Week. Let us make sure that the couples get jealous watching posts of 'Bailentine Week'.
