1) Boiled egg plain

Everyone loves hard-boiled eggs, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and they are ready to eat. The recipe for this dish is straightforward. Just take a saucepan filled with a quarter of water. 

Place the eggs in the saucepan and cover it half using a plate. Let the eggs boil for 10-12 minutes until they start to rock and roll in the pan. Now turn off the stove, let the eggs sit for some time, peel them after they are excellent and the boiled plain egg dish is ready to eat.

2) Coddled egg plain

The coddled egg dish is a very unique and tasty dish that one can taste. The eggs are cooked in a porcelain or glass cup without being placed in the water. Just crack the eggs in a cup and place these cups in the water to cook. 

One can add seasoning and other ingredients to enhance the taste of the dish. Let these cups simmer in the water for at least 7-8 minutes. The tasty coddler dish is ready. Serve it the way one likes it.

3) Fried egg plain

4) Omelet Plain (France)

Then take a pan, melt some butter on it, add the butter's eggs, and let it remain for at least 5 minutes, then flip it and follow the same procedure. After this, the omelet is ready; one can eat it on toast or some vegetables and ketchup.

5) Scrambled Eggs

Everybody who likes eating eggs knows how to scramble eggs. Just one has to beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until mixed properly. Then heat the butter in a non-stick pan, pour the mixture and keep the flame medium.

6) Basted egg plain

A Basted egg dish is a simple and elegant way to cook eggs. To prepare this amazing recipe, melt some butter in a non-stick pan. Crack the eggs on it. 

When the white of the egg starts to set, add a drizzle of hot water to it. Put the lid on and let the steam cook the egg whites for about 30-40 seconds. Take the white-out from the pan and serve it hot.

7) Shirred eggs plain

Shirred eggs are the best option to try out for breakfast/ brunch. For this recipe, one needs an oven; preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat the ramekin bowls with butter and pour some cream along with the eggs into it. 

Sprinkle some salt and pepper with some vegetables and cheese on top of it. Bake the bowl for about twelve minutes, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, and serve it immediately.

8) Egg Kalakki savory 

It's an egg dish that is an Indian Version with lots of spices and tastes in it. To prepare this, one needs an egg crack in a cup and add any non-vegetarian spicy gravy. Add some pepper, salt, and red chili powder and whisk it for 30 seconds. 

Heat a non-stick pan, melt some butter, and pour the whisked egg mixture in it on a medium flame. Let the egg mixture set, then flip it and let it bake for some time. Please turn off the flame, and transfer the dish to the plate and serve it hot.

9) Buttered egg plain

It is one of the famous British dishes made of eggs. It is quite a simple dish. Take a non-stick pan and melt some tasty butter on it. Crack the eggs and scramble them with the help of a fork in the bowl. 

Add the eggs to the pan and scramble them with the help of a spatula gently and slowly. Turn the heat off when the eggs are fully cooked. One can add some salt and pepper to enhance the taste.

10) Eggs do pyaza savory (India)

Egg do pyaza is a Bengali version of the yummy egg dish. To make this, one has to take a non-stick pan and let it heat with oil in it. Put some onions and fry until translucent. 

When done, put some crushed onion with water. Add some tomato puree along with turmeric, chili powder, and salt as per taste. Stir the gravy for a few minutes and add the eggs. 

Add about 300 ml of water to the gravy and cover it with a lid. Stir the gravy occasionally and let it become thick. Serve hot with toppings of cilantro.

11) Egg Masala or Anda curry

It is a dish with simple boiled eggs cooked with homemade spicy gravy and a crackling tempering. This egg masala is an excellent option for dinner parties or casual lunch. To make egg curry:

  • Chop some onions and garlic.
  • Heat the pan and some oil, add cumin and curry leaves when the oil is hot enough.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and chilies.
  • When the onion becomes translucent in color, add the tomato puree and sauté the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add some spices to enhance the taste, add the boiled eggs, and sauté the mixture for 2 minutes.
  • Put ¾ glass of water in the gravy and let it cook for some time.
  • After 6-7 minutes, the gravy thickens, and the dish is ready.

12) Creamed eggs on toast savory (United States)

This egg dish is very mouth-watering and stomach filling. To make this toast take some boiled eggs and separate the yolk and egg white in a bowl. Take the yolk and mash it using a fork. Now the boiled egg is white, chop it into small pieces. 

Melt the butter in the pan and stir the yolk mixture until smooth. Add the egg whites to mix and serve it over a crispy toast.

13) Egg bhurji savory (India) 

It is a form of scrambled eggs that originated in India. To make this, take 2-3 eggs in a bowl and beat it. Heat the oil in a pan and add some cumin to it. Add some finely chopped onion and green chili sauté it till it turns golden in color. 

Add finely chopped tomatoes and sauté it until the raw smell goes away. Add salt, chili powder, garam masala, and other taste enhancers, and pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan. Scramble the eggs using a spatula. 

Stir it and fry until cooked, and serve it hot by garnishing some black pepper and coriander.

14) Egg chaat 

It is a desi mix of boiled eggs with vegetables, ketchup, lime, and tamarind. Take a bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind juice, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, green chili, and salt. Cut the pieces of boiled egg and spread some chutney over it. Sprinkle some spring onions and garam masala, and the egg chaat is ready. 

15) Classic Devilled Eggs

It is a classic recipe to start the morning in a great way. It is the best combination of hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Take boiled eggs and cut them in half. Separate the egg yolk and egg whites in the bowl. Mash the yolk using a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture to the empty hole of each egg. Sprinkle some chili flakes for garnishing.

16) Classic Egg Salad

Egg salad can kick start the dish for the morning. Take some boiled eggs and chop them into fine pieces. Place the chopped eggs in the boil and add mayonnaise, mustard and green onion, seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix the mixture and serve it with some bread crackers.

17) Tomato Egg curry

It is a light egg curry with a slight tang of tomatoes and spices. Take a non-stick pan and heat the oil. Add cumin, curry leaves, and mustard. Add onions when the seeds start to splutter. Let the onion become golden in color, and add some tomatoes along with some turmeric and salt. Add the eggs in the gravy with red chili and a pinch of garam masala, mix the gravy well, add a tiny amount of water, and cover it using a lid partially. Cook and blend the eggs and gravy and serve it hot with garnishing of coriander 

18) Egg Bonda 

Egg Bonda is a new Indian version of pakora and Bhajji. To make this:

  • Add basil, salt, red chili, garam masala, rice flour or cornflour, and turmeric and mix all these well.
  • Make a thick paste of onion, garlic, and green chili in a grinder and add the pasta to the mixture.
  • Pour some water and make a batter with medium consistency.
  • Take the boiled eggs and cover them using the batter and gently deep fry them in the oil.
  • After a few minutes of cooking, drain the eggs out and serve them with coriander chutney or ketchup.

19) Egg crescent

It is an easy-open sandwich with an egg filling on top of it. It is a very simple and quick snack dish. To make this one, spread some mayonnaise over the bread slice and place lettuce over it. 

Mix the egg pepper and salt onions, capsicum, and mayonnaise. Heap this mixture on the crescent sliced bread. Garnish the capsicum and serve.

 20) Old fashioned eggnog

Descent old-fashioned eggnog is easy to put some milk, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla essence in a saucepan and keep it on a low flame for 5minutes. In another bowl, whisk some egg yolk along with sugar. 

Take the milk of cinnamon, mix it with the egg mixture, and put it on a medium flame for 3 minutes. After this, pour the eggnog into the bowl and let it cool for 1 hour. After cooling, add some cream and crunchy nuts and keep it chilling for 4 hours and serve.

21) Parmesan Egg in a hole

A classic dish is usually eaten for breakfast. To make this super easy dish take some mayonnaise along with some cheese in a bowl and mix. Spread the mixture on the bread, and cut a 3-inch circle from the center of the bread. 

Heat the non-stick pan and cook the bread until golden brown. Crack the egg into the hole of each slice along with some salt and pepper. Let this heat on a medium flame for about 3-4 minutes. Serve these pieces of bread with hot sauce.

22) Egg Salad and Caramelized Onion Sandwiches

After the water boils, add noodles and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Drain the noodles and in the same pot, take some chicken broth, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce with some vegetables and cook. 

In another bowl, beat the eggs with some oil and salt and pour the mix into the broth. Let the eggs cook for 1-2 minutes, garnish some chives and serve hot. 

27) Baked Eggs with Spinach and Tomato

To make this, first, take the tomatoes with some chili flakes and seasoning, mix them. Add the mixture to the boiled spinach. Make a small crevice in the center and crack the egg. 

Bake the mix for 12-15 minutes and serve it along with crunchy bread.

28) French Baked Toast with Cream and Eggs 

Egg with French toast is one of the perfect egg dishes. To make this, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take the baking sheet and spread some butter on it. 

Heat the plate and keep the bread slices on it. Heat the cream in a saucepan with seasoning and chili flakes. 

When the cream is ready, drizzle some drops on the toast, crack the eggs on the bread and pour the remaining cream on them. Bake the toast for 13-15 minutes, sprinkle some salt and serve.

29) Cheesy egg Puffs

Cheesy egg puffs are very nutritious and delicious. To make this sauté, add some mushrooms in non-stick with some butter. Take a bowl and add flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs and cheese and add eggs to the mixture. 

Stir the mushrooms and add the eggs into a mushroom. Grease some muffin cups and fill them with the mix to bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve them with some sauce.

30) Tandoori Egg

Tandoori eggs or egg tikka are aromatic egg dishes that will spice anyone up with their taste. Mix chili, salt, curd, tandoori masala, besan, and lime juice to make the marinade. Now coat the marinade on eggs and leave them for 10 minutes. 

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and grill the eggs for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some chat masala and serve the tikkas.

31) Egg kebab

Kebabs are a very popular snack made with hard-boiled eggs. Grate boiled eggs and add chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, water, salt, gram flour, chopped onions, and black pepper. Knead the egg mixture well. 

Make the round kebab with the dough and coat well with bread crumbs. Heat the refined oil and deep fry the kababs. Serve hot with mint chutney.

32) Egg Manchurian 

To prepare this tasty recipe, chop some onions and green chili. Take a bowl and add rice flour with some cornflour. Make the batter, add salt and black pepper, drop the eggs in the bowl and coat them with the batter. 

Take a pan filled with oil on medium heat and fry the eggs until golden brown. Take the excess oil out and add onions and chilies in the remaining oil. Add red chili powder and sauté them for some time. A little amount of soy sauce with some salt adds little water. 

Add the fried eggs and let the gravy thicken. Serve the dish hot with some garnished cilantro.

33) Egg potato pakora

A quick and easy recipe to start the day. Take some gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chili powder and make the batter. Cut the boiled eggs into half and take the yolk out and mash it with potatoes. 

Add salt, chili powder, green chili, chaat masala to the mixture. Scoop back the mixture and dip the eggs in the batter, and fry. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

34) Palak Egg Curry

It is a very healthy dish to have with the goodness of both eggs and green leafy vegetables. Firstly boil the eggs and spinach. Blend the spinach with green chilies, garlic, and ginger. In a hot pan, add cumin seeds, then add the spinach puree. 

Stir the puree and add all spices. Lastly, cut the eggs and add in the spinach, and mix. The curry is ready.

35) Hard-boiled eggs with noodles or rice

It is the simplest egg dish of them all, and one can eat eggs with anything because of its versatility. Take a pan, boil some water, and put the eggs in it. Cover the pan with a lid. Let the eggs cook for at least 10-15 minutes. 

After cooking, peel the cover of the eggs. Cut the eggs in half, sprinkle some chopped onion and chili with some salt and pepper. Enjoy this simple dish with biryani or noodles.
