Capital Smart City Overview:

Capital Smart City in Pakistan is a state-of-the-art, grand residential project. It is the 4th Asian Smart City and Pakistan's first Smart City. Because of its smart features, it is quickly becoming one of Pakistan's most sought-after housing societies. It is situated near the new Islamabad International Airport on Lahore Islamabad Motorway M-2.

Developers & Owners of CSCI:

Capital Smart City Islamabad was created by Future Holdings Developments in collaboration with Habib Rafiq (Pvt). Habib Rafiq (Pvt) is well-known in Pakistan's real estate market. They are the developers of Bahria in Islamabad and DHA in Islamabad. They also established their housing societies in Sargodha Multan and Sahiwal under the names Royal Orchard Multan and Royal Orchard Sargodha, respectively.

CSCI Total Area:

Capital Smart society covers 55,000 Kanal in total, ten times larger than University Town's neighboring society. It will be the nearest housing society to Islamabad International Airport. The current master plan is only a provisional document and will be expanded over time. The project will include additional land and many other blocks.

In August 2019, authorities submitted a request for an extension of the land. Capital Smart City's 2020 land is now equal to 80,000 Kanal after who approved the wing in June. It will be the largest housing society in its immediate vicinity.

Access points:

You can access it via Main Chakri road, M-2 Motorway, and a ring road soon. You can also access the society from the nearby areas via the Lahore Islamabad M-2 Motorway, a national highway. It will also be able to use the motorway's designated interchange, which FWO approved.

Planning Permission and NOC:

The RDA approved the NOC of Capital Smart City Islamabad. This is one of the legal housing developments in the area. The society is still waiting for its NOC to approve the revised plan for the extended blocks. It is likely to be granted shortly.

Possession Of Overseas Block:

The society expects to grant the possession of plots in the overseas block by the first quarter of 2020. Investors are advised to follow the payment plan and make the required installments to avoid delays in your control and allocation.

Executive Block;

At the launch ceremony, Capital Smart city unveiled the " Executive block" to society. The company gave a brief overview of the new block and offered clients the opportunity to transfer their plots into the executive block for a short time.

Who offered these plots for conversion by the officials for a limited time. The 24th of May 2019 was the deadline for the submission of applications. After that, 30% of the additional cost is due to the society's conversion or booking of a new block. People who want to convert their plot in the Executive Block will have to pay an additional fee and a 30% increase in the price.

General Block:

The society began its bookings with the block that was the main block. Later, it expanded to other leagues. The association includes different sizes of residential and commercial plots. These plots range from 5 Marla to 1 Kanal plot in various blocks.
