We, humans, do only those things which have 100% of our commitment.

Imagine you tell yourself you will get in shape and you believe it with 99%. Or that the chance of your wife not cheating is only 90%.

Doesn’t sound so good, does it?

I just heard this quote today and it changed me forever.

Let’s dive into it

We all have different goals, but what is it about us, that some achieve them easily and some can not even?

It’s the quote mentioned at the beginning. We need to answer this question first:

Are you INTERESTED or are you COMMITED?

If you arent 100% sure you want to do things for example start doing no fap, you won’t do it. Even if it’s only 99.5% of commitment, you won’t do it.

How do we fix it?

“You need to dominate, not compete.”

You need to convince yourself and be so true to yourself.

Instead of saying I will quit drinking alcohol and only believing it 90%. (Because you can imagine yourself drinking sometimes).

Say to yourself I am not drinking ever again and I’m sure of it with 100% of my trust.

And why do it?

Because the thing will become immensely easier.

Imagine you tell yourself you want to wake up at 7:00, but you are only committed to it with 99%. You go to sleep today, you wake up tomorrow at 7 and you tell yourself, well today is the 0.5% of the day when I don’t stay committed. AND THOSE DAYS REPEAT!

That’s why it’s so important to be committed 100% and not have a single doubt.
