Women's Day 2018 is just around the corner and we have already had enough information about women empowerment. Yet, there is one topic, which is worthy of discussion today. And it is 'Women Leadership'.
As women take lead in the world, we see so many of them becoming inspirations. The reason for the inspiration? The freedom they enjoy in life. The ease with which they are making decisions. The personalities they become after overcoming their fears. These reasons have made the lives of women grandier than ever.
Women's Freedom
Women have long been subjugated by our male-dominated society. But as women began to walk shoulder to shoulder to men, they explored the limits of freedom and expanded them to the sky.
Freedom in any direction or dimension - be it of the timings, of the way they carry themselves, of the way they travel alone, of the way they make decisions, or of the way they manage their personal and professional lives - is enjoyed by the women today.
Women's Decisions
21st-century women are driving the world mad at them with their way of doing things. They have adapted to the fast and furious lifestyle - they are driving their own cars, they are preparing their own food, they are crafting their own presentations - more efficiently than others!
They are robed in strength and dignity while managing all the things in the best possible manner. They are having the best facilities and conveniences at their disposal, and so, they are taking right decisions, at the right time, at the right place!
Women's Boldness
Gone are the days when women were afraid of stepping out in unknown settings or plunging into anything they were unaware of. They have access to everything and so they are not bothered by the challenges.
As women leaders are advancing towards their goals, they are instilling fearlessness in the world. They do not believe in obeying the conventional rules. They are making contemporary rules - working at night, hanging out alone and cycling to corporate events!
They are inspiring young dreams every day with their success stories. Uplifting this spirit, the Women Cell, Shri JNPG College organized a program for empowering college girls.
The event was in collaboration with Honda, to motivate girls by providing test drive opportunity of two-wheelers. Besides the test drive, they were also made aware of the traffic and safety rules through an hour-long workshop. This comes as a move to create more women leaders right from today!
Even little girls now dream of becoming great names! They want to be world leaders, whom everybody knows! This is certainly a hint that the century for the small big change has come. We shall see more and more women joining the league of world leaders soon.
And the day is not far!
