Global Indian International School - At Global Indian International School (GIIS), they believe that education is not just about learning but also about developing qualities like leadership and entrepreneurship. Their mission statement supports this vision; “we nurture our global students into men and women, who will be leaders of distinction, committed to the spirit of excellence, through high-quality education imparted by globally experienced and caring teachers building strong virtues and values while focusing on all-round development, creativity, and entrepreneurship”.

GIIS adopts the Global Montessori Plus (GMP) Programme which is available for students at the pre-primary level. Then, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is offered to students in classes 9 to 12. At GIIS, the IGCSE program is also offered from classes 1 to 12. GIIS High School fees range from RM 12756 to RM 22728.

 

International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) - ISKL is one of the oldest international schools in Malaysia, having been founded in 1963 by the British Council. It offers British National Curriculum (British Cambridge) education and is known as one of Malaysia's top IB World Schools. The school has two campuses: one in Bukit Bintang, where students reside during their first year, and another in Bangsar South (near Genting Highlands), where students reside during their second year. The campus is also home to a three-story dormitory with a gymnasium on top that provides student housing and common areas below that include a pool and tennis courts.

M’KIS is a top-rated international school in Malaysia, with a reputation for excellence and academic rigor. The school was founded in the 1990s by Mrs. Linda Khoo-Liew, who started it as a private Montessori Kindergarten. In 2008, she partnered with the Malaysian Ministry of Education to open M’KIS as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. Since then, the school has grown from a single campus in Mont’Kiara to include preschool through grade 12th grade.

Mont Kiara International School - The school offers tuition in preschool through grade 12th grade at prices ranging from RM 48410 (PreK Age 3) to RM 110828 (Grades 9 – 12). M’KIS is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), U.S.A, and authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. The school also holds accreditation from the Independent Schools Association of the Philippines Incorporated (ISAPI), Australia, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Alice Smith Primary School - This is a private school in Kuala Lumpur that was established in 2006. It is the only primary school in Malaysia to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Alice Smith Primary School has developed and maintained a reputation for being a warm and caring community, where your child can settle quickly and move forward to develop their individual strengths and abilities within a safe and supportive environment. Their students are encouraged to become proficient lifelong learners through the explicit development of the KLASS (Kuala Lumpur Alice Smith School) learner attributes – healthy, respectful, community-minded, independent learners, good communicators, and problem solvers.

The Alice Smith School is an accredited member of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and a founding member of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA). The Alice Smith early years and primary school curriculum follows the English National Curriculum. The yearly tuition fees for preschool start from RM 39690. Meanwhile, the tuition fees are RM 69420 per year for years 1 & 2 and RM 73170 for Years 3 to 6.
