Netflix was started in 1997 but has been a blessing in disguise in the pandemic. Everywhere we can see people 'Netflix-ing and chilling' and it only makes you want to try those series or movies too. 

Entertainment and happiness have been the sole learnings of this lockdown and Netflix was a great teacher. Well, only after the Professor of Money Heist. No one can beat him or the Professor of Breaking Bad or our very own Jeetu Bhaiya of The Kota Factory. 

Given below are some of the hilarious series that kept the crowd going into fits of laughter. 

1. Friends

A comedy Sitcom with a group of 6 friends, a coffee bar, too many adventures for the adults which makes their lives troublesome and happening both at the same time. The famous introduction song "I'll be there for you" will have you clapping on its first beat. 

A "Don't Skip" series that will crack you up in every episode. It has been going on since 1994 and is still the best series ever made. 

2. Schitt's Creek

A series that will have you confused in the beginning but as the story unfolds you'll know how a family of 4 very rich people suddenly goes bankrupt. 

They decide to settle in a poor, small-town that welcomes them with open arms, and well, a lot of troubles as well. But the whole cast has done a commendable job in presenting this show. 

3. How I Met Your Mother

One of the most heartfelt Netflix comedy series that makes you believe in love, friendship, and that life will give you all the troubles and break your heart, but you do you. 

5 friends, one yellow umbrella, and one blue french horn. You'll know what I mean once you see the series. It will be legen….wait for it…..daryyyyyy. 

4. Big Bang Theory

Do you know how the Big Bang started? It is when Penny sat on Sheldon's Spot. A theoretical physicist, an experimental physicist, an astronaut, and an astrophysicist sets a bar very high of exemplary knowledge, and just like that the jokes are also exemplary. 

You will learn a lot, you will cry, you will laugh, you will get hungry in the middle of the series. So get your bowl of noodles and sit down for some amazing watch.

5. Brooklyn Nine-Nine

A commanding officer Ray Holt and his perky, quirky team of detectives solve cases and crimes in Brooklyn. Don't forget to meet Jake Peralta, he will be serving his punishment for another of his goof-ups. 

6. Sex Education

One of the very important series that was needed that served doubts and also gave us a bag full of entertainment. 

A teen kid giving out sex advice seems a bit odd. He's got skills. But none for himself, will he be able to help himself out? Watch for more fun. 

7. Two and a Half Men

Charlie Harper, the chick- magnet and a cool jingle writer lives a hedonistic, carefree life until one day his good for nothing brother, Alan, and his son come to love with him on his beach house in Malibu after he got separated from his wife. How will Charlie save himself from this mess?

8. The End of the F****ng World

A 17-year-old Psychopath and a girl who is an angry classmate who sees in the boy a chance to escape her tumultuous home life. It is a dark humor comedy but will keep you on the edge of your seat. 

9. Bojack Horseman

A depressed, lost humanoid horse, once a star of the 90s tv show which was the hottest thing in town canceled. After 18 years of being lost in the sea of self-loathing and booze, he had now decided to regain his dignity with a comeback.

But Hollywood is not the same as it was and it may take some time for him to catch up over the years he lost. It is an adult series including sex, alcohol, and drugs and is not recommended for little ones. The first animal series. 

10. Big Mouth

Adulting is hard, even for a cartoon character. Andrew is learning that the hard way. A Netflix comedy series where cartoons embark on an adventurous journey of growing up. Along for the ride are his friends, Jessie and Nick.

11. American Vandal

Crime mysteries have gained a lot of popularity on TV. So here is a satire of the genre. American Vandal is a series of looking at the aftermath of various high school pranks. Peter and his friend Sam find out who is the perpetrator behind these crimes and it takes the viewers on a bumpy ride of solving the mystery. 

12. Lupin

One of the famous Netflix comedy series of the retelling of a classic french story about Arsene Lupin. A brilliant thief and a master in disguise. Created by George Kay and François Uzan. 

13. The Good Place 

Do you believe in the afterlife? If not, you definitely will get some idea about it by watching this Netflix comedy series. Eleanor dies and finds herself in a heaven-like a place as she was there bechare of a mistaken identity. She tries to hide her past in order to stay there. 

14. The New Girl

A heartbroken middle school teacher, Jess finds out about her boyfriend cheating on her with another woman and breaks up with him. After the breakup, she moves into an apartment with three men. Watch this funny Netflix comedy series to join in on a bizarre adventure that is Jess' life. 

15. Jane The Virgin

Jane Villanueva is in for a shock when she finds out she has gotten artificial insemination. And to make matters more jumbled up, the biological donor is none other than her boss and her former crush. Watch this Netflix comedy series as it is a rollercoaster.

16. Never have I ever 

Devi Vishwakumar is like any high school year waiting to get popular and the hottest guy in the school. But she faces a rough time going back to school after her father died. 

An American teenager trying to improve her status but friends and family and seems like the whole world isn't making it easy for her. Ready to play this game with the cast of never have I ever join in. 

17. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

After being rescued from a cult for 15 years, Kimmy Schmidt chooses to reclaim her life by moving to New York, she borrows a room from Titus, a gay wannabe Broadway star who just makes ends meet, as a Times Square street performer.

On the spur of the moment, the unlikely duo discovers that they're well-suited to help each other to help them find what they need in life. They'll go through anything life throws at them together. A hearty Netflix comedy series that is a must-watch. 

18. Happy Endings

This Netflix comedy series contains the dysfunctional adventures of 6 best friends living in Chicago are chronicled in happy endings: "Crazy In Love" married couple, Businessman over-achiever Brad and his neurotic perfectionist wife Jane; ditzy Alex - A happy-go-lucky boutique owner and gents younger sister; daydreamer Dave (an aspiring restaurateur food truck owner, outgoing party queen Penny, a serial dater on an everlasting hunt for Mr. Right and lazy man-child Max who fails to retain a job and maintain a steady relationship. 

It becomes difficult for the group to adjust as the couple Dave and Alex break up, which brought them together. 

19. I'm Sorry

Andrea Savage wrote and stars as Andrea, a writer, a wife, and a mother whose outer confidence hides an inner immaturity that shows in surprising ways in this half-hour comedy. 

Andrea tries to manage her life's sometimes self-inflicted problems with the help of her more strict husband, Mike, and their curious daughter Amelia. Watch this Netflix comedy series to have a ride with Andrea. 

20. Derry Girls

A candid, family-centered comedy and coming-of-age narrative set in Northern Ireland in the 1990s, following 16-year old Erin and her pals as they grow up in a world of armed police. Set during the time of The Troubles, this Netflix comedy series is written by Lisa McGee.

Despite the situation they are in, Erin is more worried about her crush not knowing she exists than with her nosy cousin interfering in her life. This Netflix comedy series is more about the same problems Northern Irish teens experience along with the rest of the world. 

21. I Think You Should Leave with Tom Robinson 

Starred and co-created the sketchy Netflix comedy series by Tom Robinson, is seen trying to persuade people to leave him alone. Robinson was a writer on the famous Saturday Night Live show, and so in the series, he and his guests do everything to get someone to the point that they desperately would want to leave. 

This Netflix comedy series is no doubt filled with some amazing personalities like Andy Samberg, Will Forte, Vanessa Bayer, etc. 

22. Community

A lawyer's degree has been revoked and is now compelled to join a community college named Greendale. Different students with different temperaments are grouped in his study which results in quirky but memorable encounters. Starring Joel McHale, Allison Brie, Gillian Jacobs, and Donal Glover, etc. 

23. GLOW

An out-of-work actress, Ruth Wilder, who finds an unexpected chance at stardom when she enters the spandex-laden world of women wrestling. But she also must work alongside 12 other Hollywood misfits. Marc Macron, played by Sam Sylvia, works as a "B" in movies and tries to lead this group of women towards fame. 

24. The Russian Doll

A comedy-drama series of Netflix, with Natasha Lyonne as Nadia who is going to be the guest of honor at a part but gets caught in the middle of a loop of going to the same event every day repeatedly dying at the end of each night - only to awaken the other day - unharmed. Also, Natasha Lyonne co-created the original series with Amy Poehler.
