Mr. Rajat has a successful educational background in his academic career that led him to take a degree from the prestigious Indian Institute Of Technology from the Delhi branch in computer science. Today, he is globally recognized for his Boundary Holding with its innovative approach to exploring predictive trends in markets through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning data-driven approaches. Now, he is aiming to bring innovative approaches to supporting small startups and venture solutions.

Rajat Khare Boundary Holding, a European deep-tech startup based in Luxembourg City, started its journey in 2016 with the intention of investing in new technologies to cope with the 4th industrial revolution. This year, the venture started its investing journey in a Singapore-based firm, XR Vision, in the field of facial vision and content analysis of video marketing.

  1. 2019

In the next investment, Rajat Khare invested in an aerospace company called Asteria, a robotics and AI company based in Bengaluru, to boost the UAVS in various sectors.

In the same year, another investment was made by Konux IoT and AI company based in Munish, Germany, to make transformative changes in its utility, transport logic system.

Rajat also invested in a French- Startup, Cerbair, in the same year to enhance automatic security facilities, including UAV monitoring.

  1. 2020

This year, Rajat invested in a total of five intricate firms. He first invested in Infinidome, which is a cyber security startup that protects driverless AI-integrated vehicles.

Then, he invested in Internet, a Paris startup, to increase its portfolio in the local landing system in the logistics and transportation sectors. In his next investment in 2020, he invested in Elistair, a French UAV automatic manufacturer, to expand its holding.

Again, in the same year, he invested in a Netherland-based startup known as Ranmarine to grow in the cleantech industry. Next, Mr. Rajat Khare invested in Aeracces, which wanted to expand its UAV market in the Asian market, especially in the Indian market.

  1. 2021

This year, he started his investment journey in a Germany-based software automation startup known as Bleenco to aim for operational efficiency and safety measures in automation field testing.

In the same year, he invested in various platforms such as Japetmedical to enhance the medical robotics devices in biomedical sectors and in Edall Systems to boost product development in the aerospace engineering field.

Similarly, he invested in Scewo in 2021, a med tech platform, a Switzerland-based firm that was developing stair-climbing wheelchairs. Also, it invested in Skilancer Solar, which provides solar panel cleaning solutions in commercial parks and industrial establishments.

In its next investment of Rajat Khare Boundary Holding, he invested in Defendec, which provides remote monitoring technology in world-class premises. In its last investment for 2021, he invested in Kido Dynamics to understand people’s mobility.

  1. 2022

This year, he invested in Cysec, Aero41, and Smart Clean to expand its holding in the sensitive data protection sector, agricultural crop-spraying solution, and hygiene intelligence systems, respectively.

  1. 2023

In 2023, he again invested in the Scewo platform to enhance the therapeutic device industry solution.

  1. 2024

As of 2024, the holding has expanded its venture to various firms such as Byju’s, NorthVolt, and Remidio in education, nature safety, and medical equipment devices, respectively.
