For years, our society confined women only in the four walls of their house. They were free to roam, but only in their house. They were encouraged to fulfill their role as a house wife and a mother, but no other roles. They were not able to pursue what they wanted, not even life skills. 

However, with the inception of 21st century, thinking is changing gradually and thought processing is becoming smarter. Today’s mothers are coming out of their homes, driving cars, participating in activates, taking kids for outings and living their life.

In the matter of real world, mothers or women are not only better halves of us, but they are equal halves. They deserve the same quota of opportunities as men do. Coming up to this era, mothers are changing the world as they are best makers in every walk of life.

Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi is the mother of two daughters (Taara and Preetha), and CEO of PepsiCO, the second largest food and beverage company in the world by net revenue. Moreover, she is appointed as the first female independent Director by ICC in February 2018.

Shushma Swaraj is 66 years old with a grown daughter, Bansuri Swaraj. Besides being a mother, she’s a politician, former Supreme Court lawyer and at present, Minister of External Affairs. Simultaneously, she manages the affairs of her family internally too.
