Trains are always in demand in our country. General bogies, especially available to poor and middle class passengers, are seen to be congested. Android users should download Google Play Store, iPhone users should download App Store, Windows Phone users should download UTS application from Windows App Store.After that you have to register with phone number, name, password, date of birth etc. A One Time Password (OTP) will be generated immediately. After completing the registration process, we need to log into our account with phone number and password.

After that click on 'Normal Booking' option for ticket booking.If you want an online ticket click on Book and Travel (Paperless) and if you want a printed ticket click on Book and Print (Paper) option.

After that we have to enter the details of the stations to get on and off. Then enter the details of the number of passengers (adults, children), train type, which class (second class, unreserved).

Then select RWallet or other online payment system (Credit, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Digital Payment Apps) in 'Payment Type' for cash payment. Know how much the tickets cost (get fare) and finally, 'Click on 'Book Ticket'. This will book the ticket.

If you want to see the ticket, click on the, 'Show Ticket' option. You will see the details of your booked ticket immediately. 'If you click on view ticket.. The ticket will appear.

The details of the tickets booked so far will be displayed through the 'Quick Booking' option. Platform ticket can be taken through 'Platform Booking'. A new monthly ticket can be purchased with 'Seasonal Tickets'.

Those who opt for the R-wallet option to pay for the ticket will have to recharge it first. Recharge is possible only after Rs.100. You can recharge online or at the UTS counter in the station.

Internet access is mandatory for booking tickets over the phone. GPS should be activated. The ticket can be booked only on the day of travel. Take the train within an hour of taking the ticket.

Platform ticket can be taken only at selected stations.

Paperless ticket cannot be cancelled. Ticket can be taken only within 5 km outside the station. Cannot be inside the station or while on the train.

Those who have booked a paper ticket can go to the station and take a printout of the ticket from the ATM co-TVM, OCR machines and OTS booking counter.

For this you have to enter phone number and booking id number. Ticket can be cancelled. Those who have booked the ticket in this system should definitely have the ticket in hand.

There is also an option to receive complaints, numbers for issues in ticketing, other difficulties. The app also has railway customer care numbers and complaints receiving option to complain.
