Changeless Lover
"If abusers would have a bed space in hell,
Then those who embrace love should be well prepared for fire.
For to love is to abuse the use of the the heart.
For love's sake, I preach against love!
A distraction focused on the destruction of your soul.
Pain wrapped in native medicine,
For which there's no cure.
Love, a journey of which men speak,
But ends in frailty.
A ride that joyfully promises no return.
To return means it has ended in tears.
If he says he won't forget,
Be prepared to cry when he does.
If he promises you heaven and earth,
He has built himself a mansion in Venus." Says hatred.
Nay! however convincing hatred forces,
Love will have dominion.
Yea and Amen!
It is not love who forgets his promises,
It is I who fails to remember!
It is not my love who isn't speaking,
Only I have not listened.
If love would slay, hatred has not found its cure.
Love cures lust.
Love finds lost.
Love defeats hate.
My lover is God
He is speaking
His love is new everyday.
And, he fails not.
He is constant as the sun,
Unrelentingly strong as he draws nigh,
Heating and hitting the cold enterprises,
Present at day and lingers around at night.
He goes nowhere.
He's a Changeless Lover.
