Here are 10 pictures of Indian monuments in color and monochrome that will make you have a measure of his love for photography:
1.) This composition by Amitabh Baghel , will remind the viewer of Lucknow’s Regal glory. The frame symbolises the era left behind standing in the form of Lucknow's magnificent gateway Roomi Darwaza and the current dynamism of ordinary life as it moves as it moves at its own pace. It is one of the most clicked monuments of Lucknow, yet this picture is special.
2) The Asafi Mosque stands tall within the Bara Imamabada Complex, Lucknow. It is one of the best pictures of this monument and surely, it hasn’t been clicked easily.
3.) Next in the list is a picture of the magnificent Satkhanda, which was planned as a seven story tower, inspired by the very famous 'Leaning Tower of Pisa' However, due to paucity of funds, the work was abandoned later and so it is only a four-storeyed monument as seen in the photo.
4) Following up is the Tomb of Saadat-ali-Khan (Makbara photo) located very close to Begum Hazrat Mahal Park in Lucknow. It has been renovated recently. The lush green gardens around the tomb add more to its charm.
5) 5.) What you see below is a dilapidated 'darwaza' opposite Chota Imambara built primarily to for the purpose of showcasing aesthetical symmetry. You will recognize this picture if you have visited Husainabad even once.
6) The next image down the line is a sunset silhouette of Husainabad, Lucknow. There setting sen has beautifully outlined the structure of the monuments and the lighting structures around.
7) Do you see the beautiful shot of a fort below? Well, this one is of Amber Fort, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The monument is built using red and white stone marble and stands as a symbol of royalty.
8) And the journey doesn't seize here. Next picture by Amitabh Baghel comes from Fatehpur Sikri fort in Agra district. The white marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti can be seen in this monochrome picture that illustrates the world heritage site and the glory Mughal architecture.
9) This snap is a sunset silhouette from Sikri. The curves of the central dome of Panch Mahal and the shape of the pillar can be seen beautifully in the contrast.
10) Not many of you will be able to recognize this monochrome photograph of Government House (or Raj Bhavan as it is called today) in Nainital. The architectural marvel was built in the style of Windsor Castle, It now serves as the Summer residence of Governor of Uttarakhand.
