Hi all 🙌 , Welcome to my profile page, By the way, it is not an actual profile page because It is not only about me 😄.

I am starting this with a kutti story. Kutti story is a Tamil and English mixed word. It means a small story. You may think the story is about me but in the end, it is about yooouuuuuu.

When I went to do my undergraduate internship, I got to know about Medium for the first time via my project team. Until that time, I didn’t write anything other than my university assignments and submissions 😫😅. I was interested to write in the past even though I did not show it in the right place actually not at all in the past. When I first write a story about one tech-related topic called “Single Sign-on With WSO2 Identity Server” in Medium to submit to a program, I wasn’t at my best in writing. Actually what I mean is I did not know how to write a storey in Medium at the time. But the response to that story from various people really impressed and motivated me towards writing in Medium. After that unexpected response, I wrote 5 stories in that single month only due to that response. In the meantime, I learnt many things about Medium, Writing Stories, How to impress the audience, How to publish stories in publication, etc. From that time, I have spent a lot of time in writing and polishing my skills about writing. Up to now, I have written twenty-two stories. They have reached seven thousand views and as many as reads in a short time span. It motivates me to write more. But in the initial tough time views and reads were very less in the numbers. But I did not give up 😀 . The moral of the kutti story is (Kutti story is the name that I have given to this small paragraph about me. Oh no ! no ! 😱 it is about all of us) When we have an interest or fashion about something, We need to invest our time to that. For all great things, there was a rough and tough path to be followed. As I was motivated myself through the responses of my first story, There will be some tiny things or results to be used as motivation in any little things we try to do. So we must take them as a boost and motivate ourselves to reach that top of the mountain which we try to climb up. Time will make better things happen when we put our effort into the mixture of time. Success will follow us. It is not about only writing or programming. This story suits every little step that we make to achieve something.

Ok ok enough. Coming back to the original story. I am 24 years old Thenusan Santhirakumar 😏. I am a final year undergraduate (yeah still an undergraduate because I am also a 90s kid 😞) in Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Srilanka. Like every human being, I also have some ordinary dreams to achieve in my life. From a Medium writer point of view, Yes, I really want to become a top writer on the Medium platform. I am giving my all efforts and hard works to achieve this. I always want to do something to improve the education level in my country as well as my district. Because education is the only way to become a developed society and country. That is one of my premium aims ❤️.

I am so much interested in Cricket. I love the sport very much. My favourite team is India but no hate in any other team. My love for the game is beyond my favourite team. I love music so much. It heals me whenever I feel low. Music is the only thing with me when I was sad. I like to become a musician when I was in grade five. After some time my childhood aim changed towards becoming a cricketer around fourteen years of age. Then again after some time again pendulum swung. This time I decided to become an Engineer. Luckily it remains the same up to now 🐵.

Other than these things, I love writing so so much. I am writing articles in Medium for the last 8 months in Medium. I see writing as a simplified tool to express our thought processes to any other people without much diversity. The topic of the content is not much important but we must express what we intended to express is much important. A good writer must start the path with very rough patches and come with many troubles in the path and learn from that. That learning will help us to improve ourselves. I always try to do that consistently. Eg: Some of my articles got a little number of views and reads but I am still writing with so many improvements now when compared to those stories. As a tech writer, I always prefer to write the topics in my current working areas. As I am involved in a Data Science related project in my final year research project, My future articles will be more likely to be related to Data Science and Machine learning.

But still, My Medium stats are not high in terms of views or reads. But there is an improvement compared to my previous stats that is what all matters. I still need to improve myself a lot to become a top writer here. Hopefully, I will become a top writer in near future with my all efforts. I need all of your support and encouragement on the path to success.
