A Guide for 1st/2nd Year College Students
First of all, just take it slow and enjoy college. You have lot of time to start looking for jobs or go for higher studies.
Here are some tips for you, so that you can relax more than others when you are in your final years.
Find a group of friends who are serious about doing something in life. They don't have to be toppers or nerds. They just care about getting marks or actually working on something. This allows you to participate in hackathons in the future with them, solve questions together and learn together. Trust me, this is the most important tip.
YouTube is your best friend. Every single thing you need in your college life will be available in YouTube. Whether it's about college exams, coding, motivation or even time pass, YouTube has it all.
Try your best to listen to your college classes. But, to be honest, that rarely happens. So yet again, every single topic will be available on YouTube. Just start studying a few days before your exams and you are set to get a CGPA of more than 8.5.
As stated above, please try to maintain a CGPA of more than 8.5. Why? Not to be a topper of your class, but when you are in your 3rd year of college, many companies and events only look for candidates with that level of CGPA. Don't lose those opportunities.
I think that's enough for now, I will be sharing more such articles, so stay tuned! Thanks for reading!
